Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Key West

Avoid them at alll costs !! HoOrdered a Supreme pizza for delivery. They brought an undercooked pizza with all the wrong toppings! Called politely asked for a new pizza. First guy placed me on hold never came back second guy placed me back on hold finally a lady answered (each time having to explain their mistake) she said oh they didn't read the ticket right I asked for a refund or another pizza she made some kind of tsk noise and had the audacity to hang up on me! I was shocked!! I called right back its 530 pm same first guy answered of course had to explain the situation again the only thing he said we're not delivering anymore! Then the rude womaygot on yhe phone and yelled we're making it and proceeded to hang up on me again! I'm shocked at the lack sympathy lack of customer service lack of common courtesy! It's now 7pm no pizza in sight! Hungry cranky kids thankfully Burger King is up the block. Worst customer service I've ever...

I paid $34.00 for my Pizza Hut order on the Pizza Hut website and Door Dash driver shows up with a partial of my order and demanded I paid more of $34.00 in cash even after I showed him my card was already charged $34.00 on my account and payment proof of the website and he kept saying I still needed needed to pay there’s no reason for me being charged twice of $70 when I already paid for my food online , the door dash drivers are dishonest and scam you out of your hard earned money I won’t be using Pizza Hut or let alone use door dash in addition another employee of pizza hut delivers my breadsticks ridiculous when one driver needs to do the delivery not two plus i ordered a pizza, fries and 5 orders of breadsticks to use my points the driver only brought my pizza and fries and while he was at my door arguing with me that my payment didn’t go through after I showed him proof he just wanted to put $40...

Completely disgusting now they use DoorDash to deliver with there dirty cars no Pizza Hut bag to keep the food warm my food was cold and the drive got lost and his car looked like it was roach infested. Never will I order from this place again. Food I throw in the trash manager there I talked to has no idea how to be professional saying this is how we do business now well that’s how you lose business now!
