I believe that this establishment requires new management. Among the line of people that are simply waiting to order in the actual restaurant , the line of cars waiting to order was equally long. Initially we were greeted with a “give me one minute”. That isn’t an issue as I appreciate setting expectations for those that are waiting, however, it took the person taking the order 15 minutes to get back to us. Once we were able to order, we pulled to the second window to pay. After being starred at for 10 minutes, the cashier finally took or method of payment. However, when we received the receipt, the order was incorrect. We waited another 20 minutes before being told to pull up front to receive our order. The young man was nice enough and was more embarrassed than anything when he brought out the food. Based on this sequence of events, the management piece should be closely examined so as to set this establishment up for success. Having enough chicken at a Popeyes should be rule number one. Or perhaps we should have received a Chick-Fil-A instead...
Update: Not sure if management has been addressed yet, however, the staff was incredibly rude today. When going through the drive through two people in front of our car were not served for at least 15 minutes. When we called the Popeyes phone number the person who answered the phone said there was no one waiting in the drive through. However, there were six other cars in addition to us waiting in line. When we finally made it to the window to order, we found the staff was accidentally transmitting stating that there are no cars in line and calling us liars. Overall, there needs to be a change in staff to improve the customer service... or like I said previously, change it to...
Read moreI order Popcorn combo with the tenders as well their family meal with 8 p dark meat and spend over $50 and they gave me a white meat breast and when I realized my order was wrong the manager refused to either correct my order or refund and I was really not having with this manager attitude since the employee is the one who got my wrong order and refuse to do it right and this type of attitude is very disgusting working in this type of industry I thought being a manager has more qualifications to just be act like a normal human being but u guess not, I was really gonna call a cops on this store for keeping my money. Bad service, worse manager. And even despite the attitude given to someone else I heard her talking and giving a discount to someone I know just because she only want to pay $5 so she can be nice to someone she knew but not to actually customer and this franchise is loosing chicken with less money because they don’t care lol. Not coming back again. I bet the owner is going to give you a feed back saying they will try to make it better in the future but no matter what the employees that works there are the one to make this business always bad with the terrible customer service and always loud like them acting like a rooster fighting each other and yelling and it’s too loud too. Read moreKey West popeyes was beyond terrible This was the Key West Popeyes drive thru. At 11:30 I was their 7th order! The locals obviously know better than to eat here. I just had the worst fast food experience in the 50 years I have been buying fast food. I waited 10 minutes before anyone would even take my order over the intercom. She kept yelling at me "just a sec" 3 times in the course of 10 minutes. No one was inside and there was 1 person ahead of me. When I pulled up the person putting my order together had her mask pulled down and I requested that she pull her mask up when handling my food. Immediately the person taking my money began yelling at me. Saying "whats my problem" and "she didnt have too" and they "didnt have to serve me because I didn't have a mask on". I was in my car outside in the drive thru I dont think I was required to have a mask on. I asked to speak to a manager and she was standing there the entire time. She stepped up to the window with her mask down and repeated that I was wrong and they didn't need to serve me. After 25 minutes I finally got my food which was cold and the soggy sandwich had been sitting around for some time. No wonder they had only sold 7 orders in the 2 hours...
