I'm very disappointed in this Game Grid's customer service. For an online buyer point of view. They will not answer email inquiries about orders or tracking information. I placed a preorder for Surging Sparks that came out on 11-08-24. I'm still waiting after 3 and half weeks for a tracking number to be provided. The number on their website to call is a Salt Lake City phone to their Game Grid there. No one is will to answer the phone. It will ring and ring then it sounds like some one does pick up.
Update- Finally got someone to email me a tracking number. That wasn't even a good number. Waited a few days to see if the packed would take. When nothing happened. Spent another week trying to get answers. After that week finally got a legit tracking number. Whe. I got the package only received half my order. Everything but the booster boxes.
So back to emailing. Since phone calls won't be answered. Very annoying along with every unprofessional emails. As if they are sent from a cellphone.
About a month after the set is out now. And 3 weeks of trying to get answers. Finally they respond to my consers of being short shipped with no explanation of why. They claim to be getting a shipment of booster boxes in 2 or 3 days. Then they will ship out. So I give 2 weeks and still nothing has shipped. Emailing ones a week to find out what's going on. 2 weeks go by and all I get is "Is it just the booster boxes your missing." As if they can't see my email chain with all the information in it. When I replay only an hour after getting their email. I get nothing in return.
Now here we are 2 months after the set has been released. Emailing again about where my product is. Got a short email again "On my end I says that the 3 booster boxes were refined and that we shipped out the rest." Yes this is right from the email. I have not seen any refund or commission that the rest of my order we being canceled.
They claim it was sent 5 days again as of this update....
Read moreGamegrid in Key West is like stumbling upon a hidden treasure chest filled with retro relics and modern magic! Between the glowing arcade machines and pixel-powered nostalgia, I felt like a young wizard at a carnival of fun – and my little sidekick (aka my kid) became a fearless button-mashing champion.
The games? More variety than a bag of holding – from racing and lightsaber duels to skill games that shower you with tickets like loot from a fallen boss.
The vibe? Bright, clean, and just the right kind of loud to let you know: the adventure is real. Staff? Friendly like a seasoned quest-giver and just as helpful.
Conclusion: Whether you’re a joystick sorcerer or a tiny adventurer seeking glory, Gamegrid is the perfect dungeon to raid for fun...
Read moreMy first order of One Piece Op-09 booster box went smoothly. I decided to try to order some Pokémon cards from KW Collectibles. My order of Pokémon Fall Collector’s chest was delayed then cancel. I was only partial refunded. They kept the shipping cost. I emailed them and no response. A few days later, I saw they had a decent deal on the surging sparks booster bundle. Again my order was canceled, and was only partially refunded. They kept what I paid for shipping cost. They continued to list the surging sparks booster bundle on the site for sale. They keep the shipping cost while didn’t ship anything. They shorted me a total $24 in shipping cost. Buyers beware.
Edited: they refund one of my shipping cost after I made...
