Taco Bell — Restaurant in Key West

Many items from the order were missing. There were no fries, chalupas, nuggets, black beans and many more things. The kiosk was taking all the orders but the staff never gave us many of them. They said they gave us everything we ordered but they were missing nuggets, crispy tacos, soft tacos and a few other items. The food sucks. The food doesn’t taste good at all. The tacos tasted like they were heated in plastic. Many of the items tasted like melted plastic and chicken in the bowl is disgusting. I feel like puking after that food which I threw away almost everything of it. I never got my money back for the missing items as well. The staff were not working properly either, they were not very kind except of 1 person. The store is not clean at all. And it took them so much time and they never even gave me the full order. What ever i ask them for they say “it’s not available.” I will probably never visit taco bell ever again after that experience. I could have gone to many other restaurants but I decided to go to Taco Bell and this is what I got. Great. The staff doesn’t even know how to make coffee, the sugar and the syrup is on the bottom of the cup and all I have in my for the first sip is sugar...

I would not recommend this place if you order through drive thru...My boyfriend and I went through drive thru to get a chalupa with only cheese and beef, a dorito locus taco only cheese and beef and a crunch wrap supreme meal for myself, we wanted to order a large dr.pepper and an immediate response of "nope" was given then followed by "cherry pepsi" and another nasty drink so we proceeded to ask what other kind of drinks are available and she so rudely shouted out the whole drink menu at the top of her lungs (saying when we got to the window) "she was deaf and couldn't hear" she clearly heard us because she yelled the whole thing out after we asked so there was no need for it and extremely rude yelling at customers in drive thru my mom did not raise me to act like that, I only respect people when I am also respected! I did not approach the drive thru rude I was actually going for a good experience because all the other places I have tried where also rude or messed up my orders but I guess most people in Key West are wicked rude I learned the hard way and I'll never be back also would not recommend it for a...

I want to specify that we were there at 5:30pm. A perfectly reasonable time to be looking for a meal. The building was completely locked up. The main door didn’t even have a handle but it did have a sign saying to go to the other side and use that door. We did. It was also locked. That’s when I realized they had no lights on either. At first it looked like the drive thru was still running because there was a line that seemed to be moving somewhat but it wasn’t actually operating. We went to leave and people inside in the Taco Bell uniforms started sprinting around back and forth inside. One woman came out and fully ran towards the drive thru and disappeared while another woman made sure the door they left out of (the one without the door handle) was locked and casually walked to her car. The people sprinting were just running to make sure the door was locked on their side. The sign on both doors said they were open from 10am to 10pm. Google said they’re open until 1am. I just don’t understand. Is there a holiday I don’t know about? A strange...
