My mom took me here because she likes this place but I had an awful experience. I was going to go look at the colors on the wall, but they insisted I select from several cards with swatches of flat colors, usually I like glittery or sparkly polish so I just found the color I disliked least. Turns out they DO have sparkly colors on the wall, for whatever reason they wouldn’t let me look. While I was waiting to leave I noticed all the other colors they had, 5 of which I’d have LOVED to get had I known they were available. Oh well. Anyway, the guy didn’t do callouses on my feet (though my mom got the same pedicure next to me and the brought out the cheese grater for her) and didn’t really even out my toenails. The manicure was terrible. I asked him to shorten my nails, he took a flat nail clipper and just clipped off the very tip of each nail, sometimes in the center, sometimes askew. He asked if I wanted square or round, I said round, he said okay but just filed one swipe along each nail edge. I thought he was going to finish it after the soaking but when I saw him get out the polish I had to stop him and tell him I asked for round. He did the same thing, just slightly getting the edges while the top was flat. I kept asking but the guy was either inept or didn’t care. It wasn’t that he did it in the wrong style, he just did a terrible job. No one would have been happy with what he gave me. I asked him if I could have the file to do it myself, he just stared at me even after I repeated myself, then my mom communicated a little more forcefully and he gave me the file. It was coarse and the sandpaper was peeling off, but I was able to get my nails in roughly the right shape. Since he had the buffer I figured he would smooth them out before painting them but nope, he just painted over the ragged edges. I couldn’t believe it. I wonder if he felt insulted and that’s why he didn’t do a good job. Good calf massage with the pedicure, longest I’ve ever had, but not worth it to go back given all the other problems. Ideally, a business will do a great job without you having to ask. Sometimes, they do an okay job, but if you ask them to do better, they’ll do a great job. At this place, they did an okay job, I asked them to do it better, and they did worse. I know no manicure is flawless, there will always be flaws, but people standing 3 feet away from you shouldn’t be able...

Haven’t gotten my nails done in a while so for Mother’s Day me and my friend booked an appointment to get a mani and pedí, i really wish I would have saved my money and gone to another salon. I explained to the nail guy that I just wanted a heart in one finger of each hand and on my big toes toke him a max of 5 minutes to do. My friend who got there before I did, finished before I did and started getting her pedi. Once I got to the station i explained to the lady I wanted a heart on each toe she proceeds to tell me with a nasty attitude it’s 5 extra for design I said no problem i will pay, (if you did not want to do it you didn’t have to but to tell me the prices and the proceed to say i can’t do it is unacceptable) I said fine Can you please fix these nails as they are not even she tell me yes they are but i will fix again with a nasty attitude so I said forget it. I finished wayyy before my friend did because the lady rush me out the seat because they had more clients honestly I will say the lady that did my friends pedí did a wonderful job the lady that did mine did not. Not only did I not receive a mani because it was a color change but they basically rushed me out to get someone else in that seat. I would absolutely not recommend this place it was my first and last time...

Terrible experience here. I called to ensure they did pink and white acrylic before I went to the salon. I was told yes and to come on over. After I arrived, they filed my nails down and filled them, but the white was missing. They told me they would paint the white on, which is not what I asked for. Then they told me they only did dip pink and white and not acrylic white. I had to succumb to trusting they would end up looking okay given I was already knee deep in the experience. The end result was AWFUL as they piled the dip on top of the fill and they charged me for this terrible work, despite me sharing my displeasure several times. Look closely at the picture as I took this in the shop when I was told my nails were done. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I had to go somewhere else (Nailtini Nail Bar) to have this work redone the same day so ended up paying for nails twice. Nailtini did a MUCH BETTER job! Don’t do it!

3/24/25 update - after the owner (Tiffany) told me to call so she could try to remedy, and took her response down so you can’t see it now, we ended up in the same place. Again, I would not recommend this salon. I was basically accused of being untruthful about my experience....
