My recent visit to Wendy's in Key West left me disappointed due to the unimpressive service I received from the drive-thru attendant. As a customer, I expect friendly and welcoming service, but unfortunately, the attendant made me feel like a burden when I was simply trying to order food.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was greeted with a lack of enthusiasm and a noticeable lack of friendliness from the attendant. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It seemed as though my presence and desire to order food were an inconvenience to them.
The lack of friendliness continued throughout the ordering process. The attendant displayed minimal patience and seemed to rush me through my order without giving me the opportunity to fully understand the options or ask any questions. Their demeanor conveyed a lack of interest in ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a customer, it's disheartening to encounter such an unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude. Friendly and courteous service is an essential part of the dining experience, regardless of whether it's a drive-thru or sit-down restaurant. Unfortunately, the drive-thru attendant at this Wendy's location in Key West failed to meet those expectations.
I sincerely hope that Wendy's management takes notice of this issue and addresses it promptly. Improving customer service training and fostering a culture of hospitality and respect among their staff should be a priority. Customers should feel valued and appreciated, regardless of the circumstances.
In conclusion, my experience at Wendy's in Key West was marred by the unfriendly and unwelcoming behavior of the drive-thru attendant. The lack of friendliness and professionalism overshadowed what could have been a pleasant dining experience. As a customer, I believe it is crucial for Wendy's to address this issue and ensure that all patrons are treated with the respect and hospitality...
Read moreThis is literally the worst Wendy's I've gone to. Given the small selection of fast food in Key West, folks are willing to put up with a lot, but seriously, I'm done.
Of the last 5 times I've been to this location, my order has been messed up 5 times. The employees barely speak to you, but are constantly horsing around and talking to one another. They just thrust a bag at you and close the window, not bothering to let you know the transaction is over.
Today, was the same fare, checked my bag, and the fries are upside down in the bottom and I'm 2 burgers short. I go inside, let them know their mistake, and then waited for 10 minutes while a dude made the two burgers.
Get home, and one of the burgers has hair in it. Fries are cold soggy at this point and all over the bottom of the bag. Spent a few minutes sorting which drinks were which because they didn't bother to denote diet from non.
This is typical service here. You ask for the sandwich you paid for that they forgot and they act like you're inconveniencing them.
For the amount of money they make, I don't expect them to care about the job. But at least getting what I ordered would be nice. Or not having my order messed up literally every single time I go there.

Read moreNeeds closed immediately. 3 baconator fries and a salad were ordered and it was delivered with no forks. Every fry was soggy or not cooked enough. Nuggets were ordered and were dry. Cheeseburger was ordered and tasted (and looked) worse than that of a high school cafeteria. Countless Wendy’s across the nation do a superb job of living up to “Quality is our recipe.” Quality really is what makes Wendy’s what it is. However the same cannot be said for this location in Key West, FL. After just finishing the food, everyone feels fine… but I would not be surprised if sickness arises after looking at and tasting that burger. My hometown location closes at 10 and now I think that’s a good thing. Because it seems like after that all care must go out the window and they feel okay with serving food that’s worth less than trash. Never recommend this location, always...
