Dunkin' — Restaurant in Keyport

If there was an option to give 0 stars, that's exactly what I would have done. This place is a joke! The entire staff is made up of stupid people who have no idea what their doing!! My boyfriend ordered 15 munchkins for our daughter & the idiot taking our order says "I'll give you 15 but only ring you up for 10" & then only gives us 10. Okay, so that's not TOO big of a deal, BUT then I order a smoothie, & 2 donuts, same idiot gives me the donuts after asking me twice which ones I asked for when I JUST TOLD HIM. So we're sitting down eating & waiting for my boyfriend's coffee & my smoothie. A good 7 to 10 mins go by before my boyfriend gets up & goes to the counter to wait for his coffee & an employee had to ask him what he ordered and 3 seconds later he got his coffee. Now, I'm STILL waiting for my smoothie. I look up at the screen where the orders are for the employees to look at so they know what needs to be made, & there's only ONE goddamned item on the screen & about 15 people in the store waiting for their orders. & OF COURSE that one item on the screen was NOT my smoothie. I finally went up and told an employee I order a smoothie over 15 mins ago & she finally made it, which took her all of 1 minute. I will never go to this Dunkin...

The one worker she is very rude and disrespectful. The first incident I ordered my coffee and I realize there wasn’t any flavoring shot in there, so I went back around and asked her nicely if she was able to put some in and the window to the drive-through was open and I heard her mock me in front of her coworkers, and make fun of me because I asked for a shot a pumpkin. I let it go and took off. The second incident I order my stuff she is very rude at the window doesn’t say hi how are you , thank you or anything . I’m sorry but if you are working the drive-through you should be at least a little bit nicer to people Or have some personality. But when I got my stuff I also got a bagel she wiped the counter with my napkins and put it in my bag , like what the hell is that all about. I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED that i choose to go to this location. I used the drive-thru service and the lady who was taking my order was VERY IMPATIENT! First of all no greetings at all. I was ordering for an egg white veggie sandwich, before finishing the name of the whole sandwich she started asking anything else and I asked her can you give me one sec and she was asking anything else over and over again. She was saying "anything else" like 10 times in a second and didn't let us to place our order completely. We were very dissatisfied with her service. I eventually got egg white veggie wrap instead of my sandwich. I couldn't go back there to get my refund since i was getting late for my work. She totally ruined my day.
