What a nightmare!
I am in the area for a while and as someone who formerly worked in law-enforcement, this establishment is incredibly concerning.
It’s also the only clean, relatively speaking, 24 hour gas station around, as nothing else is 24 hours in the “off season”.
Most of the staff has been very good with me, but this one particular supervisor and the gal that laughs with her behind the cooking counter have not been at all hospitable through the many times I have come to this place to purchase gas, food, coffee, and cigarettes.
I’ve visited multiple times during multiple shifts of staffing and I can assure you there is no place on earth that is more likely the red light district operating center than this establishment.
I wish it were a little more hospitable to out of towners but clearly, they like to keep it in the family there.

Until you much later realize that those who know the place then walk over to the opposite corner to pay before the food will be prepared - not as presumed paying when picking up the finished order. There is no message on or at the screen, so you just have to guess. Staff let me know that they had asked management for a note many times. I have learnt my lesson. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced multiple instances at this Wawa location where I paid for items online that were not included in the bag. Despite bringing this to their attention, the management showed little concern, and the issue remains unresolved.
There appears to be no quality control in place—orders are not properly checked before being handed to customers. This lack of accountability and customer care is disappointing and unacceptable.
All customers, keep in mind that under U.S. law, charging a customer for items they did not receive can be considered a form of theft, fraud, or deceptive business practice!
