My husband and I have been shopping at this vape store for almost 2 years now. We easily spend between $200 to $300 a month on disposable vapes at this location. We could purchase our devices online (for a lot cheaper) but have chosen to shop local, as we have both lived here, our entire lives, and appreciate the local camaraderie. The former female manager has always been super pleasant and given a wonderful experience! Very friendly and lovely. However, recently they have had a changeover of employees and I will have to say it could be better. Working in sales myself, I don’t appreciate every time I come in to purchase with the new worker, they are continually pushing their brand of vapes on me that I don’t want. I like my disposables, don’t judge me lol. I purchased my recent disposable two days ago, and charged it, and when I went to pull the charger out, the entire disposable came apart, including battery and internal pod. I took a picture of it and went into the store today, to show it to the employees, and whoever the dude was in there(I’m assuming maybe he owns the place) told me it was because it was from China and proceeded to give me a cocky laugh. They NEVER once offered to give me a replacement and of course, being who I am, working in sales and being a professional, am not going to ask a business owner or employee to simply DO THE RIGHT THING! I left empty handed and they kept my money for the faulty device. Let’s not forget, before I left, the employee tried to push their brand of vape on me, once again! I will never darken the doors of your store again. Want to look up my account and see how much money my husband and I have spent there? I’m happy to share our phone numbers with you. Let’s say around $6000 in the last 2 years on disposables and you can’t even offer a replacement? By the way, my husband and I have NEVER returned or complained about this store or their products until now. You’ll learn, you don’t operate a successful business on the outer banks and treat your local bread and butter this way! When someone who shops weekly at your place, with no habit of returning and DEFINITELY doesn’t need something for free, has a VALID concern with a vape they bought 2 days ago, you as the business owner FIXES it! The core facets that make this place special are the two individuals employed there whom represent a higher standard in all things attendant to customer service. Josh and Lea are in the upper echelon of personability and knowledgeability about what they offer to would-be vape consumers. I visited the Kill Devil Hills store last week and could not be more pleased with my experience. Josh and Lea made me feel welcome whilst answering a myriad of my questions with an unmatched level of courtesy and abject professionalism. Moreover, I felt not at all coerced to purchase anything at all. I did however, do exactly that after nearly 2 hours of taste testing and assistance with deciding which device would be best fit for me. Skip the other vape shops on the beach and go see the best in the business at Smokeless Solutions. Thank you Josh and Lea for your time, kindness, and personal consideration. I will see you again...
   Read moreI have been coming here since before it was it was Smokeless-Solutions and before it was the place before this. About a month ago, I sent my daughter there for coils. Her encounter was absolutely horrible. The manager, Jeremy broke her tank and then was quite nasty to her and her boyfriend. The next day, the manager Jeremy went onto Facebook and messaged the boyfriend, called him names and banned him from the store. Just wow. To go out and find a customer on a social platform and do that. Wonderful customer service there. I could say a lot about Jeremy but not enough space here. Disappointed I have completely stopped coming during the week when he works. I will only shop when Mateo is there. I do wonder if I will get a nasty message from him on Facebook...
