Fantastic in every way! To begin with I found and very nice selection of clothing jewelry and shoes. However it were the employees that made the difference. First of all when we came into the store my daughter who is a recent cancer survivor was sitting down at the beauty counter and Kelly came over to talk to her. She helped her with her eyebrows. You can see her eyelashes are just starting to come back and our eyebrows or pretty sparse. Seeing my daughter with eyebrows again well it was just a wow moment for all of us! It made her day! So we bought a few things there and then meandered over to the shoes where Cheryl waited on us. We opened up a credit card and we were able to save money with the initial purchase and she returned the purchase we made at the beauty counter so that we would get additional discount. But sure was very careful to make sure that Kelly did not lose any of her sale. Everybody just couldn't have been Kinder nicer I just can't say enough about everyone. Especially Kelly. And again the store is wonderful no. We're from Pittsburgh so I'm used to Macy's. The store is smaller but really...

Be careful going into the dressing rooms! I found a nearby dressing room to try on a few things. Another woman came in after me. After a few minutes, an employee said "Excuse me, this dressing room is closed. That is why it was barricaded. You need to go into another dressing room." I responded saying I had no idea it was closed (there were NO signs, lights were on, not roped off). The other woman left, but I took 2 additional minutes to get dressed. As I was about to exit the dressing room, I saw that the employee had "barricaded" (her words) me in with a chair and some other objects. She KNEW I was still in there! When I went to the cash register to ask for a manager she walked away, leaving an employee on her first day to find a manager. The manager only said that she was sorry and would handle it. She seemed unconcerned. Had there been a fire or had I had a physical impairment that prevented me from getting past the "barricade", Id hate to think what could have occurred. Ive shopped there for years but...

Being a mystery shopper not currently on a job, but still paying attention this location would fail. Several sales associates but no one spoke, the store is a mess, no AC which I belive is why the associates were cranky. Barely was spoken to the registered. Asked abruptly do you want the hangers, cash or card and that was pretty much it. Then instead of asking the manager standing right beside her for change she tries to pay me in $4.00 worth of quarters. When I asked if I could give her the change to make an even amount the cranky manager says "we can't do that we have to give what the computer says". Then she told the girl in a pinch get change from the draw beside her. Then she walked off. The clerk shoved $100 worth of clothes in the bag and instead of handing this to me left it sitting on the other side of the counter for me to reach ans said "Thanks" and jumped back on her phone.
