Arby's — Restaurant in Killeen

Ordered a deep fried turkey club meal with NO bacon and NO mayonnaise. The manager handed me the food and I asked if they made sure there was no bacon. The manager assured me that she watched them make it herself and that it did not have bacon on it. I make it home and opened the sandwich - four pieces of bacon and mayonnaise. I called and the manager told me that it was her that watched the sandwich and that all I can do is come back and get it remade or get my money. She was never apologetic for the abysmal performance and that she clearly lied. I politely asked for my card to be refunded as I do not have the time to return to the store her response was to hang up on me. Absolutely horrendous service. First off. I LOVE Arby’s. But this was the WORST ARBYS IVE EVER BEEN TOO.....If I could give negative stars I would....WHO DOESN'T PUT CHEDDAR ON A BEEF AND CHEDDAR SANDWICH?! I went inside to order and the cashier got my order wrong so many times he ended up calling the manager over and she couldn’t seem to get it right either all the mean while running back and forth doing a million things she left my card in the card reader and told the cashier to finish helping me but instead he walked around and left my card STILL IN THE CARD READER.... so I was standing there for a good minute before the manager had to run back over and finish helping me. When my food came out the cashier only handed me a bag of fries and a kids bag (totally missing the 4 beef and cheddars) good thing I checked the bags. I started to walk back up to the counter when I see the cashier looking confused with a bag... the bag that had my ticket on it... and when I finally get all my food home and start eating just as I think I’m done dealing with this for today I unwrap my beef and cheddar and realize THERES NO CHEDDAR!!! Called the store and they said they would remake the sandwiches but It’s just not worth it anymore....

I went through the drive thru. It's almost 90 degrees outside today. My car does not have air conditioning and I was kept waiting because their debit card reader cannot be used if someone is on the phone inside up front. I waited patiently for awhile while she continued to take orders then I finally had to tell the clerk that my car does not have air conditioning and to get that person off the phone so I could get my food and leave. She got upset with me because I raised my voice. Its Stupid that she had to be told it's hot outside. Omg they need to correct the problem with their card reader. Get off dial-up Internet or keep the people off of that phone! I suggest to not go thriugh drive thru unless your paying in cash. As far as compassion for those in drive thru...well they lack common sense. They don't care if you burn while they stand in an air...
