So my husband and I decided we wanted to try something new and had always talked about trying this place out. WORST experience ever, and we will NOT be giving it a second chance. Teenagers at fast food joints are more professional than these fools.
My husband and I went in at around 4:30 to avoid the St. Patrick's day crowds. We sat down and placed our drink order and said we needed a few minutes to look over the menu, since its not a large menu it didn't take long for us to decide.
We ordered our food at around 4:40, we both ordered snack chicken and cheese curd burgers.
Our chicken came out in about 20 min which I expected since we have been to multiple wing joints.
About 5:30 rolls around and our waitress looks over at us and then disappears to the back, coming out telling us that they were working on it and that the kitchen was backed up. 5:50 and still nothing, we asked if we could speak to the manager, we had seen 4 different tables come in after us, be served, eat, and leave at this point.
The server comes back and informs us that he is busy and not willing to do anything to try and rectify the problem because the kitchen was backed up. I'm sure it was at this point since the 6 o'clock crowd had arrived. The burgers come to the table at 6:00, we inform our server that due to the managers actions, to send them back and just bill us for the what we ate.
We pay for our wings and drinks, and then we leave.
My husband then calls the store to speak with the GM who was not available but the assistant GM was. She told us at first that she was present when the situation had been brought to their attention and that our server claimed that we waited till the last min to order. Which to me and my husband was a slap in the face, if we had waited so long to order then why was our server acting frantic about getting us our order? My husband just simply wanted his complaint to be known at this point and was instead dismissed, UNTIL he informed the Assistant GM that he was going to corporate. After making that statement she offers a $10.00 credit that can sit there and rot, and we were still never apologized to NOT ONCE through this whole ordeal.

Read moreOn a Sunday in a small town in Texas there was a waitress named Allyson. She worked at a cozy little restaurant called Buffalo Wild Wings it was known for its delicious wings and friendly staff. One day, as Allyson was clearing a table, she noticed a group of mysterious strangers lurking outside the restaurant. At first, Allyson thought nothing of it. But as the strangers began to get closer, she realized that they were ninjas! Allyson had always been fascinated by the art of ninjutsu, but she never imagined she would have to use her knowledge in real life. Without hesitation, Allyson sprang into action. She quickly grabbed a set of silverware and began to use them as makeshift weapons, expertly dodging the ninja's attacks and striking back with powerful blows. The ninjas were caught off guard by Allyson's sudden attack, but they were skilled fighters and quickly regrouped. They launched a series of swift and deadly strikes, but Allyson remained focused and determined. As the fight continued, Allyson realized that she couldn't take on the ninjas alone. She quickly ran into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of wild sauce which she threw at the ninjas with all her might. The scalding sauce splashed over the ninjas, momentarily blinding them and giving Allyson the opening she needed to strike the final blow. She delivered a swift kick to the head of the lead ninja, knocking him unconscious. With the threat of the ninjas neutralized, Allyson collapsed onto the floor, panting and sweating from the intense fight. But she had done it – she had single-handedly defeated a group of ninjas! News of Allyson's heroics spread quickly throughout killeen and she became a local legend. The restaurant where she worked became a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, all eager to hear the story of the waitress who fought ninjas. From that day forward, Allyson continued to work at the restaurant, but she also began teaching others her ninja techniques, so that they too could defend themselves against any threat that may arise. Allyson's bravery and skill had saved the day, and she had become a true hero of the town.

Read moreMy family and I USED to looooove coming here. But after tonight we will not be returning. Let's start from the moment we walked in . We were greeted by the hostess . She was okay.... Just didn't seem to love her job very much . Then we get seated at booth 88 . First of all we were literally just dropped at table 88 and we constantly kept seeing waiters/waitresses walking up and down the aisle with no acknowledgement. After 15-20 mins of waiting to figure out who was going to help us . I had to send my husband back to the Hostess to ask who we were going to be served by . At this time I had to cranky kids wanting something to DRINK AND EAT . Yeah, we haven't gotten anything to drink at this point . Finally, a server comes up to our table to ask what we wanted to drink . We put in our order for our drinks and before we could even tell her we wanted apps as well, she disappeared. We are at the 30 min mark . I start seeing people who were seated after us start getting their drinks and food . Our server comes back around and gives us our drinks and then finally placed our food order . We didnt see our food until about 30-45 mins AGAIN ! Our food comes out and my order was completely wrong . And when I told then that it was wrong a Male server had the audacity to throw me attitude as if it was my fault . Wanna know what ticked me off the most ? All they did to fix the problem was peel off the sticker that was labeled Spicy garlic when I ordered buffalo medium . The only reason why I wanted to write exactly what happened from start to finish was because I am beyond disappointed. What a way to celebrate my...
