Let me start by saying I am disappointed in how Burger King has gone down hill. I went to burger King off the bat I told the girl that I could not hear her if it was the intercom or if she was talking low I told her I wanted 6 med fries,two 8 piece nug with bbq and sweet and sour,5 whoppers,and 2 bacon crispy chicken well she wanted to put what she wanted on my order she put one 8 piece nugg,5 whoppers,2 bacon chicken sandwich I told the guy at the window and let him know to please correct my order he said he has to speak to his manager to see he comes back tells me no I said let me speak to him once he came to the 1st window he had an attitude and had the nerve to tell me that the young girl said I had an attitude when I couldn't hear her how is that an attitude I had my 3 young kids in the car who heard everything I told him I just want my other nuggs and my 6 fries that I told her but she didn't want to add it he said no I am the boss and your not getting it I have 7 other ppl to take care of well I was told his name was Gabe but the name on his name tag said Johnathan shift manager the girl refused to give her name and he refused to give her name as well he slammed the window in my face after giving me half my order while my kids watched from the back seat I had to go inside to order my 6 med fries that they refused to put on my original order and one 8 piece nugg while I was on the phone trying to get a live agent I am so shocked that they treated a paying loyal customer like this makes me sick but now I'm wondering how many people have they treated like this people like them will make burger King look bad so I had 2 separate receipts all together paid...
Read more9/14/21-I’m updating my review unfortunately because I was unable to add a separate review! I had given 5-stars from my last visit because the service was GREAT on that day! However, today when I visited the Stan Schlueter Loop location at 2:07pm per the receipt, I received fries that were not fresh and that’s disappointing because first of all you want things right when you pay your money. But, when you’re out of town and limited to mostly eating out and it’s not even close to what you normally put into your body, then you expect it to be good and the fries were horrible today. I don’t understand how people are even comfortable handing someone their food lukewarm. I just don’t and I was disappointed. The young men and the the lady from the other day must have been off today. Management please help the people (employees)!
*I went through drive thru yesterday 9/10/21 around lunchtime...maybe 1pm or so and my entire order was hot and fresh! I don’t even generally eat fast food, but we’re here visiting. I appreciate the customer service highly, from the young man who took our order, the gentleman who we paid at the first window and the lady at the second window who handed us our food. We didn’t have to ask for napkins or condiments. Everything was 5-star for BK and we have no complaints!...
Read moreSo I had to change my review.... This is my story today Monday April 1st 2024 at 4 pm. My order was incorrect and had fries instead of onion rings. After my kids rummage through the 3 kids meals bag touching everything I went ahead and did the same thing to check. My kid even ate part of a fry and I told him to put it back. As I walked in and informed them of the situation they grabbed the fries and thru them back into the bin and gave me onion rings. I told 2 employees they can't do that and its unsanitary. As one of them continues to hand out the fries to customers. Outside food is never supposed to be put back on the line especially after my kid had licked one of the fries. The manager finally said that they will throw them out and asked me what he could do for me. I said nothing just throw the fries out but I saw nothing done as I walked out. Many customers were given fries that were contaminated by another person. Employees should know the policy and standards when it comes to serving food. This is the most disgusting thing that...
