I ordered curbside today because I had a baby in the car with me. I went on the app and let them know I have arrived. I had to park on the other parking area on the side of the building because the front parking was full. I parked right on the side to where I can clearly see the door and they can see me if they just opened it to look out because I’m only about 10 steps away to the left, but No one came out. On the app it clearly says “please stay in your car so the worker can find you” After 10 min, I called three times and no one picked up. 15 min later I walked in and there were no customers inside only the 2 workers just sitting down. One was on her phone in the corner and the other was this Hispanic lady was so rude to me. I said ma’am I’ve been out there for 15 mins and no one brought my food out. She started raising her voice at me and asked where did I park and I told her right on the side but you can clearly see my car if you came out because I’m right there. She said well you’re supposed to park right here in the front. First of all, there was a red line that says no parking it was for fire emergency only. Second, there was no curb side pickup sign anywhere so how was I to know that’s where I’m supposed to go. Instead of apologizing, she swung the bag of food at me and told me to take my food and get out. I was trying to tell her that if you just peaked your head out the door, you would see that I’m right there to the left just a few steps from the door. But she was so rude and unapologetic and not to mention unprofessional by yelling. I asked for a manager and she told me no one was there until Monday. I don’t know why they have curbside pickup if no one wants to even peak out the door to see where the customer is parked. Will NEVER order from this place again. They need better people who actually do their jobs instead of someone who won’t even open the door to see where the customer is after marking that I...
Read moreI have been a sandwich artist before myself, so I know the ACTUAL standard, and thus know this location is sorely lacking!
Perhaps policy has changed? We’re no longer offered salt-n-pepper (pre-combined), but have to request both separately. And pepper is not meant to be served by whole (peppercorn) kernel! But the grinding that ensues if I ask for pepper, again, leaves much to be desired.
Furthermore, “a few pickles” quite literally means a FEW (like 3 or four per 6in?)! But rather than clarify, the “artist” grabbed a handful of pickles and spread them around my sub, ew! In this instance, as in most, flavor is everything, and my palate is finicky. Too much of one thing turns bad in my mouth, and whole peppercorn bites stuffed with pickle does not a happy sub sandwich eater make!
I go to Subway to have my food prepared exactly as I want, and I’m watching in case the sandwich artist makes or goes to make [a] mistake(s). But today, my order was not a priority, and I am so disappointed in the result!
Others included in my most recent order, struggled to keep their sandwich from falling apart. No order to what got slapped on today! And I can’t definitely say that this policy hasn’t changed since my days at Subway: if I ask to remove one meat, and have you replace it with another, why am I paying for the Subway club AND additional meats?!? I didn’t order the Club! I asked for a sandwich LIKE the club, just without ham; instead pepperoni...
THIS location needs serious retraining,...
Read moreIf I place my order in the app, I expect my food to be ready when they say it will. I arrive at Subway to pick up my order and there were 4 employees behind the counter. The young lady behind the cash register was on her cell phone and seemed like she should have been having her conversation in a private place, because she was quite rude and very unprofessional. Turns out only 1 of my 3 sandwiches was ready because apparently someone gave 2 of my sandwiches to a previous customer. The rude cashier proceeds to tell me that it will be another 5-6 minutes to remake my sandwiches. Never once did she apologize and my suspicions are that she was the employee that messed up because she was to busy on her phone. The young lady that remade my sandwiches was very polite and was actually wearing a mas, which I seem to think is important because we are in a pandemic. I asked if they were required to wear a mask and she said no but she wore one so that she wouldn't get her mother sick. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SUBWAY. Very unprofessional and not reliable and no requirements to protect the public. If I order on the app my order should be ready at the time THEY said it would. After all there was only one other customer in there, they were definitely not busy just preoccupied with things besides the job they were there for!! Poor representation from...
