I normally have a great experience with this place but different people on staff. That don't care about how they talk to customers ridiculous and give them lesser quantities of food then was ordered. If I paid for 2 large sides then I shouldn't get two small and one large. A large is 16oz. A small is 6oz. So instead of asking if I minded you took upon yourself to give me two small mac and cheese. After I paid two dollars extra to get mac and cheese in the meal because it's considered an upgrade. While waiting fourteen minutes for biscuits my food was left near where they make sandwiches. So it wasn't even being kept hot. Manager was more concerned with getting off in 30mins than being respectful and making sure my food stayed near the heating elements to keep warm. Today's experience horrible. Older guy that cooks the chicken made it wonderful as always. Update: Ms. Veronica the district manger listened to my complaint and made right the wrong. The people that I interacted with were friendly. Drive-thru etiquette would do this location some good. A simple "Hi, welcome to Church's..." with some enthusiasm as if you want customers at your establishment. The food was hot and fresh. But so are other food establishments.
