Placed an order online to be delivered to my husband after he worked a 12 hour shift and was exhausted. We only live like 5 minutes away from this dominos. The order was a 12 peice chicken and a salad. After the tracker said it was out to be delivered we waited. 30 minutes passed and we called wondering if something went wrong. They answered and all they said was its out for delivery & they're just busy. I was like ok thats fine we just don't live far so we were wondering why its been so long. Waited anither 30 minutes, it's been an hour that its been out for delivery. Called again and they said they couldn't find our address. They insisted it was put in wrong and they tried calling. The address was not put in wrong, you can easily use google maps to find the house. They did not try to call because my house phone was used as my info. Not one ring or missed call. After telling them my address was correct and all information was correct they decided to come back immediately to deliver. They came and got to our house within 5 minutes after that 2nd call. When they finally deilvered all my husband got was cold chicken and NO salad! I called again and told them what happened. They offered to refund my money which will take 3-5 business days and they will give us 2 12 peice chickens and 2 salads instead. So we waited for that 2 12 peice chicken and 2 salad. another 20 minutes comed around and we call to ask how long it will be because its been over an hour and we have work tomorrow. They told us they never intended on replacing our food for that night & they said the 2 12 peice and 2 salads were to be credited for next time we want food from them. So we never got ANY food that night. We told them we wanted our food now and my husband said he was hungry. Never happened. I have been a loyal customer to this establishment and never faced this issue before. But I will never waste my money here again. I have never had issues with any other delivery service; regardless of how busy they are, what time it is, or how fast they deliver. This was ridiculous and a waste of our night. Read moreUpdate: They made him write me an email to apologize and gave me 2 free pizzas. Do I appreciate it? Yes. Am I over this trash experience? Not really. I'll still go to another Domino's location, before I go back to this one. Sooooooo, I place an order online for pickup. I couldn't remember how much time had passed and jumped online to check the tracker. It looks like I've never placed an order. I proceed to call the store before I place another order unnecessarily. The "Manager" (I use this term VERY loosely cause he has about as much management skills as a potato) Nick is already super annoyed when he answers the phone, so it takes me a moment to look up the phone number associated with my account, more huffin and puffin. I give him the number, he says: we got the order. I'm like oh ok, cool, is it ready for pickup? This fool proceeds to tell me the following: when did you order it? Me: around 5:15 (it's now 5:32) Nick: so what do you think? It's BEEN ready. Uhm Nick, plz talk crazy to yo momma, not me. Never going there again. Also the "Assitant Manager" is trash. They have zero de-escalation skills and failed to show even a trace of emphaty or sympathy. Nick wouldn't even leave his office to come to the front and at the very least apologize for forgetting that he is in the customer service industry....
Read moreSo I have been ordering from this places over last 3 years and more recently had issue ordering. When I Order I get my order most of the times, but sometimes I get my ordered canceled. I was told that I was ordering from wrong store. I was told that I could choose the correct store. This wasn't the case. I tried choosing the store they told me to but no delivery option online it days this place is my store for online delivery. Today after the order said it was done cooking I get a call and I'm told I ordered from wrong store and they transferred to correct store. I informed that when ordering online it doesn't give me options to change stores for delivery. We'll I didn't mind waiting longer to get food due it being transferred' I did mind being told it was going to cost more cause it wasn't an online order anymore. I refused and asked to cancel order. I shouldn't have to pay more cause domino's system forces me to order from one store only. I order online to get online deals. Please fix this. I have talked to both stores managers/leads (not sure who) and at one point before had been told by each store the other store...
