Harv's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Killeen

Very disappointed,we were in town to see my son ( military of course, because you are in a military town) I was staying next door @ another IHG suites. Had been traveling for long hours...just wanted some good food...,.first the quesadilla has no steak in it - it was all onion & cheese...we ordered it with steak.it was the size of a Minnie tortilla. Waitress said no charge and she would fix that.....as the other portion of the meal that was ordered came out,- still no corrections on the quesadilla. The Tuscan sandwich I ordered,was barley hot or warm for that matter.... No pesto, or peppers for that , it took a long time for the waitress come back to check on us .. I finally had to go to the bar to get my check As the waitress/ bartender only had two@ the bar & one other table besides us. Just very Disappointed in an IHG Suites. During my stay, I went in for breakfast. I was greeted right away by a friendly waitress named Jesse who immediately took my order. She was the only server, and the place looked too busy for one small woman to handle. It took over an hour for my food to come out. The waitress politely apologized over and over and maintained her composure, even though you could hear what sounded like the only cook degrade her in the background for putting in too many...

Waited 30 minutes for food. To have the burgers brought dry and cold. No veggies. No condiments. Waited another 15 minutes for veggies. Had to ask for condiments. Complaints about having short staff. Manager took off 1 burger from meal ticket and still tried charging for other items we ordered that wasn’t available from cooks kitchen. Just bad experience all around. Don’t waste time. I understand it’s a hotel restaurant but that’s why you need...
