IPho Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Killeen

I’ve been coming to this restaurant faithfully since they opened. I love the pho and i especially LOVE the Wong tongs. They truly do have some great food. But the customer service is absolutely horrible and last night I decided I’d never eat from this establishment again. The young lady who works as a cashier is rude. She is aware that I’m a regular customer and I’ve never caused problems. But i can’t help but notice how attentive she is towards all her other guest and always leaves me at my table alone. I literally had to get up and refill my own drink and grab more napkins. And i watched her refill another’s table drinks and made sure they had everything they needed. She never checks on me and my friend. Another time i came for a pick up order. I watched her hand someone else their to go order with such grace. When my order was ready she pointed at it and told me to just grab it. When i asked if my rewards points could be added to my account for my recent purchase she told me it was too late to do so. Which wasn’t because you’re suppose to put in your phone number associated with the account in after you pay for the order. It hurts that i have to find a new pho spot but i refuse to be disrespected over and over again. I’m not sure if this is a racial issue but it feels like it. And I’ll gladly take my money to a restaurant who doesn’t mistreat...

I’m confused about why you guys keep sending out this sms with a coupon code every month, but when you’re in store ordering, staff refuses to honor it. Please update your SMS advertising if this is the case… super annoying to get texts from you when it’s a misrepresentation and doesn’t even apply.

Response to owner reply: Photo is attached to this review with dates for proof. There is no denying this. One text was sent out on 01/24/2025 and the other was sent 02/16/25. Are you denying that this text was sent by you?! There's even an autoresponse to my text with your contact info. Just say you made a mistake so I can delete this review... everyone makes mistakes, let's take responsibility for it and move on.

I hate that I have to publicly leave this type of feedback. I tried calling the store to relay this message, but the staff didn't seem to know when a manager would be able to respond. This was really the only way to get the complaint through...

Went on 6/22/22 I ordered the chicken pho plus I added shrimp to it. The broth was clean. Not salty. They gave us (2 people) a great size of herbs and a moderate size of bean sprouts. Two pieces of small limes. Didn't get any Jalapeños though. Good portions of protein to noodles.

The only thing that should be fine tune is the customer service. I wish they would have at least poured our water into our cups. When bringing out a big glass bottle of water to the table, you don't know if the customer is able to pickup the bottle or not. They could easily drop it and have a bad accident.

Also the serve was not super friendly, she seemed like we were bothering her. She didn't smile or. Same as the other server. No one really greater us at the door, they kinda spoke loudly and said sit anywhere. Which was ok, because we were the only one there at first.

Overall experience was pretty good. Hopefully they will improve some of...
