IF I could give them a negative star that would be giving them too much credit! I, highly, recommend checking your order before you leave! I’ve, yet, to get what I order. Ask for fish and get chicken?

When you call the Store you get attitude. I agree that the Store’s District or Regional Manager should make, unannounced, visits or have random customers periodically go and document their experience...Secret Shopper

Then rate them on their: clean, fast, & friendly!! Drive thru times are apart of Corporate expectations and all customers should be given a receipt! Which is, also, something I have NEVER receive! I’m sure because it tells the number to contact: District or Regional Managers and to rate your experience.

This maybe in the Fort Hood area, however; establishments get too comfortable thinking that appreciating the customer doesn’t matter.

With this economy...people have options and should not have the headache of be given the wrong food, cold food, or rude customer service.

Perhaps if more people “make the time” to take it to a higher level or Better Business Bureau these establishments will be more likely to improve all around!

There are entirely way too many negatives on this Store. The sad truth is: the not negative ones are probably people who work there, OR family and/or friends of people who work there!

True Story Take Pride in What You Do Set the Bar High Improve Killeen Customers...

Crispy, lemony, puffy and soft... Delicious food and nostalgic. I don't remember the last time I've had long John silvers, probably over a decade ago but decided to stop by for old times sake. Wasn't sure about dinning in but im glad I did. Going up to the register the cashier was quick to greet us and assured any question, politely waiting for our choices. Once we order we sat down and didn't wait long for the food to be done. Both me and my husband can't hear well so the cashier had to come to our table about 2 times but she didn't seem annoyed but actually extremely polite. Letting us know an order was going to be out or something was missing from our order. The food was delicious, the chicken being crunchy on the outside with a soft texture on the inside, even the fish had a lemony juicy taste once biting into it. Don't get me started on the hush puppies which the cashier reccomended, simplify amazing, a crispy puffy ball with soft smooth texture and it wasn't dry at all. The only con of the food I can think of is that the fries didn't hold light to the rest but with how everything else was I let it slide. The inside of the restraunt is a bit dull but honestly that's how I always remembered it. Thank you for the workers who were obviously working hard and being as polite and friendly as you were! We will definely have to come...

Long john silvers was a family favorite until about 2 weeks ago. I'm not a seafood person, and never will be, but my wife and her family are. I used to get the 9 piece chicken seashare box for myself and everyone else the different seafood meals they like, and called it a good compromise, as the chicken is good, but the size of each tender varies greatly. 10 dollars for 3 chicken nugget sized tenders and 6 small to medium sized tenders wasn't unreasonable to allow the family to enjoy their seafood cravings.

The website continues to show the chicken seashare as available, while the restaurant employees state they no longer carry that "special offer". As far as I can see the owner wants to get as close to the listed 3$ a tender or nugget as possible. Regardless, the loss of a reasonably priced non seafood option means my family is going to enjoy their seafood at a different restaurant, as if I have to go to a second restaurant for my food either way, they have no reason to not get what they want. Hope the owner figures out carrying a non seafood option at a reasonable price allows the restaurant to serve families like mine, because I'm sure it's not limited to one family.
