Love this place and order regularly. Every now and then, they tend to forget the extra bacon I order/pay for. This has happened more than once, and I call to have it corrected. Recently I ordered some lunch. There were a few issues. The photos show 3 grilled jalapeños online. However, I got 2 for the Double Chicken Fajita Fiesta family meal. They also forgot to include the large fajita chips that go with the queso. I went back to Rosa's and was able to get that rectified. When I went to eat my #55 enchilada plate, the tomato salad did not come with the order. I was told the online photos are for catering, and photos don't represent what comes with the drive-thru/togo menu. That's highly confusing because I go online to look at the menu, then order in drive-thru. So, I suggest that Rosa's corporate make sure the online menu represents drive-thru/Togo menus, too.
New order 07/29/23: Spent $77:45, and food was incorrect. Called to get it corrected and picked up in the drive-thru. Got home, and #40 combo nachos had a straight, long, and black hair in it. My son pointed it out. I immediately called and returned the whole meal.
New order April 7, 2025 Breakfast tacos don't look like the photos on the website. One taco used to fill you up, and now there's barely anything in them. The breakfast tacos cost about $4 with tax but are not worth it. See photo. I bought 1 chorizo and egg taco(has barely a spoon full of chorizo egg in it) and 3 bacon egg tacos with cheese and extra bacon. They're no longer worth the price. Also, the breakfast tacos don't look like the photos they advertise. Make sure to ask for a receipt because they tend not to provide them at the drive-thru...
Read morePulled into the drive-thru and ordered 2 beef fajitas. The cashier who said her name is Leslie said two beef tacos? I said no two beef fajitas, with the fajita meat not the ground beef. There is a difference, it's even on your restaurants menu as a beef fajita. Here's a picture for you Leslie. It wouldn't be a big deal but she wanted to be rude about by confirming at the window by saying "what is it you want?" I repeated myself and said two beef fajitas, it has fajita meat in it. She says "soon two beef tacos ." I was like sure, if that's what you want to call it. Again "Leslie" here is a picture of the restaurants menu...BEEF FAJITAS.
You're welcome.

Same thing happened today. I'm going to write the corporate office of Rosa's Cafe and insist that if you're going to call fajitas tacos then change the menu to reflect that. I guarantee you if I'd have ordered beef tacos I would have received no beef fajita meat but ground beef which is not what I wanted. And why did the employees a few months ago know the difference between fajitas and tacos on the Individual Items Menu but the current employees working the drive thru can't read their own menu and insist on correcting customers at the window even when I show them their own online menu...
Read moreWent on a Friday around 4:30pm through drive-through. No line. Was asked to park, but food came out fast. We always order the fajita party tray. I wanted to try the carrot cake. It was okay.
In the past, they use to grill the fajita meat more. It use to be a 5 star. Not as good but still good. Just like the queso. The grilled jalapeños are still just as 🔥 spicy and have char on them. Love that!!! I always order the cold sides to be packed outside of the hot tray. This way, the avocado and lettuce don't brown. They are always happy to make the accommodation, which I appreciate. Left overs always taste better since I brown the meat a little more when reheating, and the rice gets fluffier being reheated in the microwave.
Always give the tortillas a whiff and once over before giving to a little one. Because they are bagged hot, sometimes the condensation can make too much moisture and sour if they aren't fresh.
Tacos are tacos. Not as bad as taco bell but not as good as authentic. Same goes for the rest of the dishes.
I've never gotten sick to my stomach here, and their employees are always nice. Be prepared, food might salt swell...
