I rarely write a "bad" review but this experience was so ridiculous that I can't just swallow it and move on. The business I work for treats us to Starbucks at least once every 2 weeks and we spend anywhere from $80 to $150 depending on how many staff members are in office. One of us goes to order it & pick it up and we have a clearly typed list so as not to hold up the line too long . The Starbucks crew at this Trimmier location are always friendly and efficient and we typically have no issues. Today I went to order and pick up 12 drinks and one food item and nicely asked for the stickers that can be placed over the lids on the drinks and even said that I would put them on myself. The young lady I asked was in the process of getting them when the manager Bri told her I can't have them. I reiterated that I would place them on the lids myself and she said " No, those are for our delivery partners." I expressed concern about carrying 12 drinks without them spilling in my car ( and yes 2 of them sloshed in my car ) and she repeated that the stickers are for their delivery partners. I was quite shocked and sat at the table quietly seething and when I went to collect the next drink that was made I asked her name & she quite proudly told me Bri and directed me to her business cards and also the business cards of her district manager. I would typically not name someone in my review but she seemed very self satisfied with her decision to not allow me to have the no spill stickers that I felt I would honor her in this instance. I hate being a "complainer" but this was so stunningly petty that I feel the need to get this off my chest. I would like to add that the rest of the staff was very friendly and efficient as they typically are so this is hopefully a one person anomaly because our office enjoys our frequent Starbucks treat from...
Read moreI made a boo boo, drove passed the speaker too far + was unable to place my order. The car behind me already moved up..uh oh. I got to the window & was greeted with “you didn’t stop at the speaker”. I apologized + explained I’m tried, pregnant & just accidentally pulled too far. I was told “let me ask my manager what we can do”. I didn’t think it would be a huge issue to place my order still. She came back & asked how large my order was..I said 2 drinks. So she agreed to take my order. I thanked her & waited. It was VERY clear the manager & others were irritated with me. One man (pretty sure the manager) kept saying “make her loop back and wait in line again..it’s already been 9 minutes”..among other rude comments. I was asked to pull forward + wait. I said no problem + waited about 12 min. The girl who took my order brought it out. I apologized again + thanked her. She apologized for her manager & coworkers being upset..blamed it on being busy/backed up all day. I let her know that I understood the frustration, but also heard the rude comments + won’t be back to this location..and thanked her again. She said she was sorry to hear that.
Bottom line: I was made to feel so horrible for a simple error..and was treated like a huge inconvenience. Management and others had no problem loudly making comments. So rude. This is NOT good...
Read moreVicky was amazing! She noticed that I worked at Bush’s & asked me a few questions on my job & how it’s like over there, then she saw I was a Bears fan by looking at my Lanyard & asked if I’m from Chicago, &. I’m like “No, but I like all Chicago professional sports teams starting from when I would watch Bulls games with my dad”, & she noted that she’s from Chicago & a fan of all Chicago teams including the Bears (Go Bears! 2025 Super Bowl Champs!) I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, & she was able to good great & quick customer service, & even put “Go Bears” on the top of my cup (Definitely keeping that cup forever!). I then thanked her, & she said “Your welcome! Good luck on your double at Bush’s). Vicky was amazing, & she made my starbucks experience feel great, & I don’t even go to starbucks alot, let alone drink coffee, & it changed yesterday once I met the Store Manager Vicky. I’m definitely coming here way more often, & going to come here days I need to work, or days I need to study, so expect me to come every 4-5 days a week! Just came back here again today, & though Vicky wasn’t there, the lady who took my order at the counter was amazing & gave quick & kind customer service! This place is full of nice, kindhearted employees, & this Starbucks restaurant deserves to have me as a loyal customer, & they can have all...
