Taco Bell — Restaurant in Killeen

When I come in and Uber during the day it is normally so much energy they are nice, clean, and have everything ready to go. So I trusted coming in myself and got a big fail fail the street chalupas was apart of a 9$ box no problem great deal non soda options offered brisk tea great THANKYOU. but I open the chalupas and this is what it looks like there is no meat literally I can count the pieces the chalupas are flat. I'm astonished I have worked at the corporate one and I know for a fact this is unacceptable. Live Mas this one make you never come again or at least not at night. The drive through person was bland no energy honestly probably tired but to say you cant do steak or chicken it should have been something special or up sold we can but it's extra but to tell me only one type is possible had me checking myself like wait a minute I swore they allowed modifications even if it was extra I would've paid but he shut it down immediately. There was no rush no line it was almost 11 at night no reason I wasn't at least up sold I would've paid it to try both flavors. But I'm happy he didn't if they were gonna skimp out on the meat if I wanted a grilled cheese shell I would've gotten a...

Dear Lakesha Stephens,(review underneath) I was a customer here today as well, and from what i see here, you couldnt tell the full truth even if you wanted to. I heard the conversation between you and the manager, and what i got from it was the lady said im doing great and whats the name on the order in which you replied, nobody asked you about your day. So they refused service. You cant treat people like trash and expect them to want to make your food. Atleast they were nice enough to decline your service instead of doing something else. I also watched you throw their straws and utensils around like a newborn child because you werent getting your food, and proceed to try and slam a door that doesnt slam. I watched everything play out and enjoyed the little show. You also seemed like the type of person to leave a review so i was waiting for it..... i think all around people need to learn how to treat each other. Anyways my food came out well for fast food. It isnt really 5 star food but the show was great thank you guys. -concerned yet...

Worst customer service so far! We order via the kiosk and waited for our order. When the order was called they didnt use the name on the order, instead calling a number we didnt get. So we went up to check the order and was confirmed it was suppose to be our order. We told the employee that we hadn't received our cups, she brought us the wrong cups. Then we noticed the order was wrong, upon telling them the employee turned around and walked off. She gave us attitude about how she walked away meaning it wasnt her problem.

Frustrated now the manager came up, she settled our issues. We went back to our seats to eat. One of our orders was made completely wrong. Found a hair in another order. And when one of us opened their soft taco it looked as though someone had spit in it.

Now being completely done, we left. We didn't want to here the managers list of excuses on why her employees weren't wrong. Never going to this place again. Taco bells are everywhere,...
