Killeen Parts Today — Local services in Killeen

I called just before closing time (noon) on a Saturday, and they didn't answer their phone. I will try calling on Monday, and hopefully they are more responsive, and I may chance my rating. If your hours are until noon on Saturday, you had better answer the phone and have the doors open until noon! Edit: I went into the store and they seemed very nice face to face, although the store has a ton of boxes everywhere and seems very disorganized. They got me the parts I needed and we're even able to test my oven element to tall me it was bad despite the fact that it looked good on the outside. The parts did cost a lot less than what they were listed as on the internet because they can send back some things to get the "core charge" back like a car battery. The only downside, no returns or exchanges if you figure out that part isn't...

I knew from the get go that trying to get a specific part for an appliance wouldn't be an easy task, but I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed in this place. Seems to be family owned, but they always seem rushed and have no idea what you're asking for half the time. Not to mention, I came in to get my part today and it wasn't even THERE (they had to order it). If my part didn't get delivered on time, I would have appreciated a courtesy call since I paid in advance and I had to waste the gas going out there. I wouldn't recommend this place, if you need a part I'd say try somewhere else unless you want even more...

I called ahead to ask about an AC capacitor and I asked if it would be ok to come by at closing. The guy said to come by and he'd help me out. I showed up 4 mins past 5 annd it was a ghost town. He would have had to left right on the dot to avoid me. It would have been better if he told me to stay home instead of hauling butt 20 miles...
