Not a fan of Moe's and I have had it in Las Vegas and Massachusetts which was okay.
Decided to give it another chance here in Connecticut. I should have stuck to my previous experiences.
Upon entering we were greeted which was sincere.
The menu is on the wall and we were deciding on what to have. The server asked if we were ready and we said not yet. Once we started ordering, it's just like a Subway type serving station as we tell them what we want and they add toppings etc.
Just heads up, prices are higher than most sit down, upper scale restaurants with better food and you get served. Portions are small and you have to request items that states what it comes with or you won't get it.
Example: Tuesday 🌮Tacos $6.99 Your choice of beef, steak, pork or chicken 🐔, hard or soft shell. Than you add lettuce, cheese and so on. Comes with a drink, chips & salsa. At the register, they're charging $6.99 for meal and $2.49 for drink. You then get no salsa. When I asked the server she said it's upon request. I reply; "Menu says comes with it that means I don't ask you it should be on my plate." Next question I posed is the charge for the drink. One cashier removes it and the other one turns around and said they have to add it and in the end it is removed.
Food was mediocre especially the steak was hard, overcooked or been sitting too long.
Chairs and tables were dirty and your drunk station was a mess and sticky.
Overall impression: -Poor detail to menu order or specifications. -Place is a total mess -Food is average, nothing special. -Drinks are watered down. -Sweet tea was empty as no one checks to refill. Said would take 5-10 minutes. -Over priced for small, tasteless meals.

Read moreYesterday I didn't feel like going out and getting something to eat I was staying home having a drink and you don't drink and drive right so I ordered out. I ordered from Uber eats and I ordered from Moe's. I had a steak burrito and a chicken burrito and without going into the details pretty much loaded up extra extra everything. It arrived in about 25 minutes which was within their window. The steak burrito was absolutely fantastic I don't eat red meat that often maybe once every 2 or 3 months and I got to tell you it was absolutely fantastic highly recommend the steak burrito pick your own toppings it was amazing. The crispy chicken burrito that I ordered I started eating, it had no chicken in it I unwrapped it I looked inside and sure enough no chicken so somebody must have gotten my order and I got a vegan burrito order from someone else. I made a quick video I was going to upload it to Uber eats. Uber eats does not take videos at this point I had already eaten it so I only had a video. I called the restaurant in spoke with Noah who is the manager. I explained what happened and to my surprise he says we'll make good on it he said do you want to come down now I explained I was at home that I ordered in. He said well come on by tomorrow and we will take care of it. I went there today he said pick whatever you want what ever kind, he was professional courteous. And I will tell you he is the type of manager that should be rewarded with opportunities in this organization at an area manager level and higher up over time. If you are reading this and you own a business and you're looking for somebody that knows how to treat a customer and deal with problems, you should seek out Noah and hire him. Read moreReally disappointing. I used to love this Moe’s. I have noticed a steady decline. I try to give it a chance every few months and continue to have poor experiences. I only came back in today after a few months because I had $10 off my order. One girl behind the counter was acting like an unprofessional supervisor, not sure if she was, but she shouldn’t be if she is, and was correcting the girl helping me in front of customers and I found that off-putting. I asked for tofu, literally the bottom of the container, dry old tofu was used, and there was barely any. Clearly if that was all that was left, people are ordering it, it would be nice to have fresh tofu too. The food was made with no care and was sloppy. At the end, the girl handed me a soda cup for a fountain soda and the cup lid was encrusted with ….something? It looked like a salted rim? I showed the cashier and she gave me another and it was also the same, she finally dug in the middle of the cups and said she found a better one but it was still yucky. Not as yucky but the plastic was rough, clouded, and looked disgusting. Looked like it had been chemically damaged. I filled the soda and looked closer in the car and the cup was damaged somehow and I wasn’t comfortable drinking from that so I threw it away. Also, I live 4-5 minutes away and the food was stone cold when I got home which leads me to believe it was not up to temperature at the restaurant.
