Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kimball

This was the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve visited. The avocado toast was untoasted, cold bread with no seasoning on top and with about half of the amount of avocado that is normally on the item that I’ve bought from several Dunkins before. When I asked about the seasoning, she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about and then said they don’t usually put the “everything but the bagel” seasoning on it. This has been served on 100% of avocado toasts that I’ve ordered from several other stores. She did go to look for it, but said she couldn’t find it. Then after we drove away we realized that our ham/cheese croissants were completely cold and were inedible - they definitely had not been heated up at all. It was clear that the workers were completely untrained on serving Dunkin’ food or they just completely didn’t care to serve quality food. I make this review so that management or ownership may see it and realize they need to do a lot more training to their staff of how to serve good food. Ordered 6 Boston crème doughnuts. Went thru drive thru. Went on Feb 16th and got stale heart shaped doughnuts which I assume were maid for Valentine’s Day which is the 14 th. 2 days old at best. Asked lady a question at drive thru and she tried to act like I was stupid. Krispy Kreme is lots better than their doughnuts anyway. I ll go back one more time and see what I get lol n

This a follow up review. I did return. I ordered 6 chocolate covered glazed. Lady said out of those so I said well what ya got? She said chocolate covered cream filled. If you want a bagel with a lot of cream cheese, you cannot get it at this location. I paid extra and then had to come back to the store to get more cream cheese put on it which they remade and put the same exact amount of cream cheese on it and smooshed my bagel together. I do not recommend this location for getting any bagels whatsoever because this is ridiculous. I even spoke to the manager who said that they would get it fixed and I offered to pay even additional more money for more cream cheese on my bagel and they just put the same amount on and squish the bagel.
