McDonald’s
Within 24 hours I had both the best and worst service at this McD’s! The night shift(past 10pm to about 2 am on my previous visits) are literally the BEST, kindest, most respectful people I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s ever. No kidding. If you are driving to Stevenson to wait in the long line, it will be so much better for you to just drive here! They are good and fast and the food is the best of any McDonald’s you can find ANYWHERE. It’s crazy but it’s true! I’ve had some bad experiences and I think we all have so it’s refreshing to find good people to take care of your food! Like, it has really shocked me because the service at most MCD’s are not comparable to this. Maybe It’s the Lord’s hand on this place because it’s unique in being such a kind atmosphere. Is it the night Management who gets the credit? I can’t think of any other factor that would make the place head and tails above other McDonalds in the country and let me tell you! Each and every employee has been truly kind and respectful to me at different times in the night. I just want them to get a shoutout here and let them know it makes a difference! I’m displaced from my home right now so I’m telling you it makes a difference to be treated so kindly. Thank you all!! I come here sometimes just to sit and be around kind hearted people! I don’t want to eat alone and somehow you guys make me feel better. Thank you to all of you with my sincerest thanks!!
Unfortunately, the review doesn’t end here! Boo to mean people but here we go. Gotta take the bad with the good! So, then there’s the day shift. Well, just one person on the day shift. Black lady with a blue shirt on. This lady just this morning was super rude to me. I hate to mention it but I want her to know that she was so rude and without a cause. She was obviously looking for something to be annoyed about. So, for my order, when I go through the drive through, I ask to purchase ice and sweet n sour for my fries. I fully expect to pay for them. She was overall rude and moving slow with an attitude when I asked for the ice and sweet n sour that I ordered and she tells me that I should have ordered them and not expected to get them free, which is exactly what I did!! Judge much, lady? Wow. Then, she closes the door in my face. Takes an absurdly long time to bring them back to me. I told her I did order them and said what the lady who took my order told me to do she shuts the window in my face again. No kindness not from the very beginning. I felt her rude energy from the start. So, did she stereo type me or is she that rude to everyone? Either way, here I am having to add about her rudeness instead of just mentioning the night shift and their goodness. I’m gonna tell something to this bitterly mannered employee. This is your job. You are taught by McDonalds to treat people with respect and kindness. You should learn to say thank you as well. Stop being a mean person looking for someone who annoys you simply by how they look or talk. You really should stop looking for people like me to take your aggression out on because you don’t know ANYTHING about me. I love giving and not taking for people. I’m happy to pay for my ice and my sweet n sour. This McDonald’s is an incredible example of customer service EXCEPT for your bitter act in the window. Read moreDisappointed in this McDonalds… I usually get an iced vanilla latte or coffee from here mostly the coffee bc their machine has been down. They have been really awful lately so I figured since the frappes were back on the table I’d get an iced mocha frappe. This was a sad disappointment… I got a mocha watery coffee maybe??? The ice was just scooped out of the ice bin and wasn’t blended… which let’s be real… that’s what makes the frappe so good. Taste wise… you could tell it was made in a hurry because It wasn’t good. I hate leaving a bad review like this I always give chances…. This type of thing has been happening over and over with the coffees not to mention the annoying “our machine is down or our machine is being cleaned” line everytime you want a frozen treat from there.
