Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kings Mountain

Usually have a a decent experience every time with this store but this day I ordered early for lunch because I had a busy day, it was the worse experience! All the food was super cold. The boxes didn’t have a touch of warmth at all like they were sitting on a shelf without warmers. The food was all undercooked and I had to take it home and cook it longer which defeated the purpose in helping on my busy day! The wings had water all in the box and prevented the sauce from being able to even stick to them. The pizzas were already so greasy and the boxes were covered in grease even the thin crust. The in crust had no oregano which is what we look for when eating the cracker like crust. The bites were super white and cold and disgusting! The baking papers are normally brownish from the oven and all of mine were white like they were put into an oven that wasn’t warm enough! The sad fact is that a simple push back into the oven would have fixed everything. My kids were hungry and had to wait even longer so I could cook my takeout longer. I had 2 orders as well they both were just undercooked and horrible. I always spend $50-$100 each time I order and never complain but this was unacceptable and had we not cooked it more it would of probably made us sick. What causes lots of water in a box of wings? I was also upset because after wings are sauced and when you have to recook them you then don’t have sauce to put on them and so they’re dry. I’m so confused. Will definitely be taking my...

This is about the fifth time I've been there. Three times were acceptable one time was exceptional. Tonight was terrible. Call at 5:00 p.m. order pizzas for me and my work employees I ordered them well done instead of 10 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes was rung up by the driver at the register. He said it wasn't ready stood there for a while then sat down. About 35 minutes from the time I ordered the same driver came back from a delivery and said you didn't get your pizzas yet I said no it's been about 35 minutes. He went over to the heat rack and picked them up and said they've been ready. So thanks to the two employees that were working inside me and my coworkers ate lukewarm pizza for dinner. Keep in mind I am an x Domino's store manager and ran the 19th highest volume store in the world in the 80s. I know it's a different era them employees there really stray away from customer...

The young lady I talked to was friendly and quick. When I asked about a product that was never available she informed me it was discontinued and took the time to offer other options. Yes, I know technically that's her job but this young lady made it feel like we were chatting and she had all day. Even when another customer came in she smiled and acknowledged them, before turning back to me. The young lady making the pizzas did a wonderful job. No burnt edges. Even lay out. Usually when I get an order close to closing time, at other locations, they can look rough. These looked and tasted so good. Wish I had gotten their names.
