Rating g I am giving is for the promotional materials that fox uses, in which will result in food being delivered. Received a text from their advertising or promotional software/firm they must be using. I called the location. Person who picked up the phone was very kind and said yes that is a true promotion. Went back to the text clicked yes to accept to join and to get a code for a discount, I found that ironic due to I was actually thinking of ordering before I even got a text.clicking yes I see a code for 25% off and apparently many others got this as well. it took me to the website to order, put in my information and the code which I will say on here is s u 25 all together no spaces. I'm saying it because the code doesn't work as of this time so wouldn't mater. said invalid code did it over six times invalid code so I gave up. Call the location in which person answering the phone is very courteous relayed information back to the manager I'm assuming, replied with management is aware of the code and the problems, they have been getting a lot of those calls even before myself. I even explained that this really isn't good because people are going to be upset, probably not order and that location is going to lose money but if they are aware that's fine. So the end result pretty much is Fox is losing out as people may not order if they're not getting the 25 off the joining, as well. as the one who is winning is the marketing or promotional company / software they are using because by clicking on that link they obviously get the advertising cookies from the phone because it has to open a browser to connect the fox's website for you to make your order at your local Fox. I really hope management at the Kingsport location Fox gets this resolved and not just because of a 25% discount but because of the failed effort of that marketing so-called solution that they are using is obviously not working. Especially if the promotion is not tied in with foxes website for the code to actually work! It may seem kind of frivolous also due to food was not even ordered but it could have resulted into that. Partially annoys me due to the fact, that has been my field for over 20 years and all I wanted was a stromboli or a wedgie with...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a pizza with a side of hatred this is your place to eat. I worked here a few months ago, and to start, the interview was HIGHLY unpleasant, and unprofessional. Ray was very stern, and very straight to the point about the fact that if you’re not a good worker than they will deny tips from you, and cut your hours(that seems fair). He pulls you in with a delightful smile saying you have potential to make up to $20-25 an hour, and then proceeds to inform you that you he can in-fact, deny you tips that you worked for. So alas, I agree to work for Ray. I started immediately, the day after the interview, and agreed to 30-40 hours a week, whenever they need me to come in. They would praise my work ethic, and the fact that I’d arrive to work early before my shift. I got sick, and called in, even persistently begged other delivery drivers to cover my shift. Unfortunately, they couldn’t so I brought in a doctors note. They begin to act, talk and treat me differently because I called in. I then, had to deal with a cosmetic/hazardous bumper on my delivery vehicle, in which made me unavailable to work due to my car being in the shop. I called, texted and called the store to speak with them about the issues HOURS AND HOURS prior to my shift, and no reply. To only have them text me 30 minutes after my shift began wondering if I was coming in. So I quit due to their unprofessional behavior, only later to find out that they were telling their daughter who is also employed by them, that I was going to get fired anyways???? Even though I was praised solidly and frequently on my work. But yes, their food is delicious once you get past the winches behind making...

I called 1 hour & 15 minutes before I wanted it delivered, at 9pm, to my husband at work for his lunch.
At 9:45pm I called back to find out where it was. I was informed it was out for delivery, that there had been a mix-up and the driver was taking it to my home address, though he never arrived here and it only takes 15 minutes to get to my house.
At 10:05p, the driver called me to say he'd arrived at my husband's place of work, and wanted me to call him and tell him to come out and get his pizza. Employees are not allowed phone calls unless it's an emergency, and this isn't one. I informed the driver of the policy and told him he would have to wait for him to come out. The driver responded that he couldn't wait, to which my reply was that I couldn't call him or he would lose his job over a personal phone call. The drivers response was, in a very condensing tone, that he can only sit there until his boss says.
I'm not happy with this whole outcome. I understand and accept that mistakes are made.
First, the delivery was about 45 minutes late, which means my husband pizza was at least an hour old. I ordered at t 8:15p and it didnt get delivered until 2 hours later. Second, the driver was the one who erred, and he needs to remember that, instead of catching an attitude over having to wait. And the icing on the cake, the driver is the one who took the order in the first...
