The owner Randy Gibson of the Elizabethton Pals location, has some serious issues. With a regualarly updated camera system, and having teal taken by employees,he has yet to catch the actual one taking that teal.Instead, his proof of one past employee that he fired, was that she was the common denominator. This man could not be more wrong if the truth hit him in a head on collision like a mack truck. The young lady that he fired for unjust reasons, had worked for him for 11 years...Faithfully!!! If she had stolen from this man...He simply, and easily could have shown her on camera...You know the one focused on the register, then he would have had proof!! Calling someone a common denominator, after the best literal capabilities of knowing where your money goes,is a dispicable thing to do..Especially when they have worked for you for 11 years!!!Has it happened for 11 years, and with all the technology, she'd just now be getting caught? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Considering that you have several working together in a building the size of a refrigerator box.Note: Pay attention to the business sign as you pass by...It frequently says now hiring....This is because he degrades employes who have weight issues,or are colored,or those he believes are the "Common Denominating Teal Thief" .....Now this is soley my strong...

Read moreVery Good overall. Service was great, super clean site. Pleasant employees, the double burger was good and almost too much to eat. I would have been ok with a single. You certainly get you moneys worth. French fries were crisp and salty just like i like them. The only negative thing was the Chocolate milk shake was a grainy mix from a volume machine needed to supply all volume of traffic which frequents their store. I can see why the are rated so high in National surveys for quality and service. Pals is a institution in East Tennessee. The only drive in HB place that was better is the Texas Burgers Chain in Texas. Due to the superior...
