Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Kingston

Ordered a blendini with oreo & brownie bites, was served a cup with half filled with a mess and the other half all over the outside of the cup.

Waited in line for 35 minutes to be served something that looked like it over flowed on the blender and was served because they were in a rush. What a shame, not worth even asking for money back. The worker seemed annoyed she had to serve customers so it definitely reflected in her service as she didn't care about what she was serving.

I will make sure I avoid that location forever moving forward and take my family & friends elsewhere. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Picked up ice for a class party and as i was taking it to my car the manger asked how I was keeping the ice. I told him the freezer and he told me the ice would be to hard to serve the next day. He asked me if I could come back and get fresh ice the next day since the party wasn't on the day I picked it up. I am very grateful for the kind and helpful information on how the ice would be to hard to distribute to the kids the next day. There was only one person working that wasn't busy at all there were a group of 3 in front of me and my two people then a single person behind us. The lady was really rude. There was a really long pc of hair in my ice cream so I simply asked for a refund I didn't want it no more. The lady gave me major attitude for her hair being In my ice cream and asking nicely...
