If I give this place an F- I would. On November 26 I took my daughter to this franchise and ordered her the stuffed crazy bread and a pizza. The cashier was nice. After ordering I pulled from the window and opened the pizza box. There was a piece of cardboard soaked in oil on top of my daughter's pizza. I then checked the stuffed crazy bread and all the cheese was melted out of the bread and one was rolled like spring with cheese coming out of it. I took the food backed to the drive through window. The cashier took the pizza and told her shift manager that I wanted another pizza because the one they sold me had cardboard in it. The shift manager said it's only cardboard and asked what the problem was. She told the cashier to tell me that it's only a piece of cardboard from the pizza box. I asked the cashier to give me my money back after hearing their discussion. The shift manager said they are not giving out refunds tonight. I told her that she was going to give me my refund because the pizza had cardboard in it. The shift manager told me several times that she was not going to give me a refund. I told told her I was going to call corporate because I was severely being mistreated over I nasty pizza with greasy cardboard in it. She proceeded to call someone on the phone and told them what was going on. I told them I was going to sit in drive thru until they gave me my money back. She explained to the person on the phone that it was just cardboard from the box. I asked the shift leader to eat the card board if it's okay for a five year old to eat dangerous cardboard. This franchise is s not understanding that we as parents may buy our children food and hand it to them. It was 5:45pm so it was dark outside. Imagine if I would've given my daughter some pizza and she could've choked off the cardboard. My daughter loves Little Caesars. I prefer not to eat fast food. This franchise needs to examine their staff and the quality of food that leaves the restaurant. I have pictures of the pizza and the weird nasty looking stuffed crazy bread. This is unacceptable. Check your food at the drive thru window and take pictures. You've been warned. And yes, I was very nice considering the situation with my daughter watching everything. The shift leader gave me a receipt showing my money will go back to my account after all their foolery once she finished talking to someone on the phone about...
Read moreI ordered by the little ceasars app at 7:45 pm , app said it would be ready at 8:02 to 8:07 pm got there at a few minutes before 8 to wait was standing in the lobby at this time along with 5-6 other people one of the employees hands a man his order he goes out with gets in his car closes the door and then opens his pizza to check if it is right well it was the wrong pizza so he brings it back into the store hands it to same employee she takes it back puts it back in hot rack and gives him the right pizza. So I sitting here watching thinking she should throw it away but she doesn't so it's now about 8:15 PM and I still dont have my pizza so a different customer comes up and ask for a pizza so the same employee from the start gives her the pizza that somebody else took out of the store opened and brought back into store I then try to get the employees attention to tell that she shouldn't do that she refuses to acknowledge me at that time so i tell the customer what has happened with her pizza so she can decide what to do. Well by this time it is 8:30 pm and i still dont have my pizza so i again try to talk with the employee but still no luck so i have to stand at the store and call there phone number to talk with someone about what is going on and i want my order canceled because of how nasty it is to give a pizza to one person they open it out of store then bring it back in and you give to someone else plus by this time i have waited 40 minutes past the time my pizza was supposed to be done so the employee tells me to call back in the morning and speak to the general manager when he gets there well that was a lie because now I have called and the general manager doesn't work this weekend so now I'm still out my money but worse this employee is probably still doing the same thing with other people's orders. So beware of this little ceasars in kinston nc if they do this during all of this covid19 problems there is no telling what they are doing every other day. Good bye little ceasars no more...
Read moreI ordered the extra most bestest thin crust pizza with pepperoni that is suppose to be hot and ready. The young lady that took my order was very nice and friendly. She said they did not have any ready at the moment and it would take 15 min. I said no problem and decided to add bacon to the pizza and purchased two garlic sauces. I pulled over to wait. I went back in 15 minutes and picked up the pizza. I had to ask for my garlic sauce and napkins. I pull over to check it. It looks like two pieces are missing and the pizza is falling apart. I took the pizza back in to complain to the guy who gave me the pizza. I explained I wanted him to make another one because it did not look right and was missing a piece. Only I realized after it was missing two pieces. He argued with me and said he did not see anything wrong with it and he said well you took it from me. I said either you make me another one or give me a refund. I had to be pushy just to get a refund. He told me he could not take the pizza back because I took it from him. I get that because of covid. But to not even apologize or offer to make another pizza is terrible customer service!! I did get a refund but I never got another pizza. I don’t know if if this guy was the manager but i noticed his hands were really dirty and he had food underneath his fingernails. I have had family that worked at another little caesars and the service was 100 times better than this location. This guy if he was the manager acted like he did not give a dam! I will never return to this little caesars again!! I recommend you check your pizza at the window at this location before driving off. I took a picture of the pizza he...
