Today I called to make a order for Carry-out. The person who took my order went by the name of Borock. This gentlemen did a great job notifying the specials for the occasion. I let him know that I would be picking up the pizza. He gave me a great special for a medium 2 topping pizza, I gladly chose to follow through with the special. He notified me that it would be ready in ten minutes, and asked for the name to put on the carry-out. A little more than fifteen minutes later, I realize that I did not notify Borock that I wanted white Alfredo sauce on my pizza. When I called, I apologized that I did not inform him about my sauce of preference. In response, he said it was not a problem, and that Domino's would delightfully make another. He did inform me that it would take an additional ten minutes for the new pizza to be made, I was more than fine with it. When I went to Dominos to grab my pizza, the cashier greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me, I told him I was there to pick up my pizza, he asked for the name, cashed my order out and gave me my pizza.
I would say the best part of this experience was when I opened my pizza-box. The pizza looked absolutely amazing. I would even go as far as saying it was the most majestic pizza I have seen in a very long time. My mouth watered instantly, and the taste was out of this world. I seriously ate that entire pizza to myself today, it was amazing. Thank you Kirkland Domino's for such a great experience. I will be coming to your specific location more...
Read more7/22/24 I decided I wanted pizza for dinner and chicken. However the pizza was really late when It got here it was barely warm. The chicken was dry and the two ranch dressings that I purchased because my order was under $23 and some change never made it to me After it wouldn’t let me submit my order without purchasing at least $23 plus change. I didn’t get a receipt nor did I sign my credit card slip because the driver said he left it in the car. However, I don’t eat pizza very often so when I do have a taste for it it’s what I want. I never pick up my pizza I always order online. However, I should’ve learned from the time before as my pizza still was not hot I thought I would give them another chance. I got a message from Domino’s offering me 60 points for a free pizza or 50% off anything, As they apologize because of the timing they knew the pizza was not delivered hot. I decline both I don’t think I’m gonna be trying their pizza anymore It’s time to venture out. The driver was nice enough and I tipped him because he did bring me the order. I hope you all have a better experience than I did. I normally do not write reviews but I have been disappointed one time too many. Whatever happened to customer service and people caring about how you revive you food. Sending me an offer is one thing but getting your food right the first time is a complete...
Read moreI recently placed an order for two pizzas from this Domino's location. Unfortunately, both pizzas were prepared incorrectly. The first pizza, ordered with pineapple, was missing the ingredient entirely. The second, which was to include olives, was delivered without them. It appeared that olives were added after the pizza was cooked, as they were raw and simply placed on top. This is particularly concerning because it demonstrates a clear awareness of the missing ingredient. Instead of remaking the pizza as would be expected, the staff chose to simply add raw olives, knowingly providing a substandard product to a customer. This suggests a failure in the quality control process, as the error should have been identified and the pizza remade rather than altered in this unacceptable manner.
While the store did remake the pizzas, this required a second trip, resulting in a significant inconvenience and a loss of over 45 minutes of my time. This experience, coupled with a noticeable decline in the quality of both the pizzas and other menu items over the past several months, is concerning. I question the efficacy of the store's quality control procedures if such basic order inaccuracies are consistently overlooked, and more importantly, if the solution is to knowingly provide an incorrect and...
