Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kirkland

I ordered a pizza from Domino's at midnight and had a horrific experience. After placing my order, I drove all the way from Redmond to Kirkland alone, only to receive a call from the employee saying their card reader was down. I explained that I only had my cards and was more than willing to pay with them. Instead of offering a solution, he forced me to find an ATM for cash or they wouldn’t fulfill my order.

As a woman driving alone at 12 AM, this was not only incredibly frustrating but also made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. It's outrageous to expect a customer to go out of their way for cash in the middle of the night. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I felt completely disregarded. I will never order from here again and strongly advise others, especially women, to think twice...

The store is tucked in the corner, has a bathroom and has space for sitting and eating. The parking is limited! 🚙

The store is in near foot massage🦶 and vape/edible shop😤, so you could get some edibles and then get a relaxing foot massage to send your mind into outer space. Then when you get munchies you can go to this heavenly place called Dominos and get chicken bites, bread bites, pasta or salad, lots of brownies and cookies 🍪 And the star of the show: Pizza🍕 you can get it in all sorts of combinations! But be careful tho-If they are out of ham- Which usually all Domino's stores are don't let it get to you, just replace it with another meat and treat urself to...

Ordered online, they said it would be 15 minutes then when I got down here the guy at the counter said they had no record of the order and walked off without helping me any further, after standing at the counter for 15 more minutes the guy comes back over and asks "did you figure it out?" I ask him if I can reorder and he takes my order and says it will be a 20 minute wait which is outrageous because they lost my order and then made me wait the entire time it would take to remake my order just to place the reorder. They could have expedited my order instead of making me wait 3 times as long for my order but they didn't seem to care about fixing...
