Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Kirkland

I want to love this Starbucks as the employees are super friendly and the location and drive through are convenient. Unfortunately, I won't be able to go to this one anymore as they frequently make my drinks with cows milk instead of how I order them, with oat milk. It even says oat milk on the order sticker, but today was the fourth time they've messed it up and made the drink with cows milk and I've had to toss it out because I'm allergic to milk (as well as being an ethical vegan.) I almost always have my little ones in the car with me so getting a drink via the drive through only to have to throw it out is especially frustrating. Slowest location I’ve ever experienced. This is after repeated chances. Two times I’ve used mobile and both times they weren’t even working on them when I arrived, and both times it was not busy. There were no apologies the second time. The barista gave off an air of superiority and even lied as to the reason why the drink wasn’t being made. She said they were slammed, but when I walked in no one was in line and she was wiping some counters down. A lady who came behind me said this location is notorious for being slow. If they no longer have a drink, They need to take it off their menu. Alternatively, they can put up the sign that says they no longer have it that all the other Starbucks have put up when they're out of the smoke butterscotch.

The worst thing they can do is tell me that they cannot put up a sign saying they're out of a drink when I've been in multiple Starbucks in the Seattle area that put up such signs when they're out of smoked butterscotch.
