I have been ordering online for awhile now. I’d say 4/5 times, there is something wrong with my pickup order. Normally, it is something small, like being shorted a juice or two (happens almost every time— makes me wonder if it is intentional, honestly). Nevertheless, it is still super frustrating to have to go back into the store so the order can be corrected. The convenience of the pickup order is immediately lost.
The hours online state they open at 8 AM. Today I went to pick up a scheduled 9:30 order and the doors were completely locked. No signage was posted. The green juice we bought wasn't even that great. We were shopping in The Village yesterday and wanted something to boost our immunity before the holidays, so we decided to give Pressed another try. We're so glad we did! The staff was very friendly and offered for us to try a few different juices. Most of the ones we tried were delicious, but I think we found the green juice we didn't like last time. They even took the time to explain more about the menu and products.
