I recently had the experience of ordering a cake with a last-minute request for a color change, and I am absolutely thrilled with the final result. Not only was the cake made to perfection, but the entire process was handled with utmost professionalism and care, which truly exceeded my expectations. Initially, I had chosen a different color theme for my cake, but just a few hours before the event, I realized the theme had changed and the colors no longer matched. I reached out to Sindhu with a sense of urgency, not expecting much since it was so last minute. To my surprise, she was more than accommodating, assuring me that she could make the changes with no problem. Sindhu was calm, friendly, and reassured me that the new design would still look fantastic. Even though the order had a quick turnaround, the taste of the cake was never compromised. The cake was light and fluffy, with each layer being perfectly moist without being overly sweet.The texture was flawless as well. The cake had a perfect crumb—moist and tender, without being too dense.

I ordered two cakes from Sindhu for my daughter’s birthday party – one in Rasmalai flavor and the other in Butterscotch – and both were absolutely incredible! The Rasmalai cake had the perfect balance of traditional Indian flavor with a soft, creamy texture that tasted just like the classic dessert. It was rich, aromatic, and completely authentic – a huge hit with everyone who enjoys Indian sweets. Best birthday cake ever - super soft, moist and melts in your mouth. I was looking for a planet theme cake and found Sindhu’s bake house on Google. She understood my design and delivered more than promised. The cake was a hit at the party. She deconstructed the 3-tiered cake so it would be easier for storage and transport, which we could put together within 2min at the party. She offered to make different flavors for each layer, and best of all an egg free layer which my vegetarian friends were so grateful for.
