WingHouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I give it 4 stars because it's always been a stumping ground for me since I've been in high school and it's a cool atmosphere. BUT my friend and I did NOT have a good experience this past Saturday, 4/17/21. When we ordered wings it took an hour to get it. Our cheese sticks came out first but it was taking a while for the wings, when we asked the bartender she said she put it in for sure and not sure what's going on, also saying a lot of people are ordering to go. After about 35 minutes later my friend made a joke to the bartender that he's better off ordering the wings online to came them quicker, which the bartender said "right!?" And laughed it off. Didn't say or see what was going on in the kitchen or even apologize, granted they were pretty busy but to show no sense of caring is what made me want to tip bad. About 45 minutes later my friend asked for the manager which he came 5 minutes later and we explained what was going on. He said he'll take care of it which he did and magically we had our wings a little over 5 minutes later. There was a guy who sat next to us after we got there and got his wings before us. As we were leaving we did NOT get a discount on our tap, NO offers for a free pitcher, shots or anything like most places who are professional and care about customer service would have done. On this day, the bartender and manager clearly showed they did not care about customer service in the hospitality field. I understand mistakes happen and the food can come late but them showing they did give a care and rarely apologize it was what really upset me and my friend. Someone needs to teach them how the hospitality...

Came in on a Saturday night needing a quick dinner, and it was not very busy. Hostess just told us to pick somewhere... 15 minutes later, a waitress that passed us a couple times said she never saw us sitting and took out whole orders. Another 5-7minites later we get our drinks...Water and soda. Then brought us out the app promptly after.

At this point we've waited around 30 minutes just for drinks and an app.

I ordered a basic burger, my friend ordered baby back ribs. Her ribs came out almost 5 minutes before my burger. How does a burger come out after ribs? My burger was plain, no flavor other than the red onions and swiss but being hungry I ate about half. My friends ribs were to tough it's a joke to call them baby-back ribs. She literally had to pull back with her teeth to get anything off them. The sause tasted good. 🤷🏼‍♀️ took another 5 minutes to bring back a refill.

Then we get to the checks. Both of ours said "ribs and soda" and were the same amount of $15ish. She runs our cards, comes back and my friends is now $20ish. So she just went ahead and charged her extra and it was my extra we realized. She never charged me for the app.

I used to waitress and I know the waitress can't control the kitchen, but she kinda sucked and had terrible timing and just seemed like we were the last things she needed to do in her evening, generally she was nice though. And the food sucked, my friend is taking the ribs she didn't eat back for her dogs.

Went to Wings House to watch the UFC fights. Hostess barely got my name, no way to track us down. I watched her roam around searching for people waiting. During our wait to get seated, we grabbed drinks from the bar. After we got seated, no server came to our table at all. After 30 minutes we finally went to the hostess to ask for a server. The server came by, got our order. Then never returned until she showed up to tell us she was leaving and wanted to close us out. She then hinted that we should leave because other people were waiting, but we were there to watch the fights. We never got another server. At one point a bus boy cleared our table and no server ever came by. Finally after an hour I went back to the bar to get another drink. The bartender failed to charge me for the drink.

During all of this, I watched multiple servers just standing around, checking cell phones and generally ignoring their jobs. Several servers had obvious boyfriends there and would sit down and hangout. 2 servers actually brought out silverware and napkins and sat with their boyfriends while they wrapped silverware.

Finally, it's a bar. When we arrived around 8:30pm they were already out of Spiced Rum and Tequila. It is a bar on Saturday night. How are you...
