Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Kissimmee

5 months ago I gave a 5 star review, and I am sure my review would have been 4 stars had I gotten the same waiter as my previous times, i am horrible with names so I won’t even try. This time, as always I had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. I went party of 4, 2 adults 2 children. There were plenty of tables available meanwhile a lot of people having to wait. I thought maybe as to not back up the cooks but the food took a good 30 minutes to come out as well, and it seemed like it was microwaved then thrown on the grill for grill marks and to seem fresh. The tostada chips were stale, I ordered Bacardi and coke the 2 for 1 drinks I was brought was not Bacardi and coke as 1-i had previously been advised it’s not 2 for 1 and 2-this is the only thing i ever drink and I KNOW it was not Bacardi. Which our drinks were brought not only after the tostada chips, but after our salads as well, and one of the salads was missing. I don’t like complaining about my food but I am not going to pay for something not received or not consumed. I asked the waiter at the end if the drink was Bacardi and coke he responded “i think so” i let him know that no its not and to please remove from bill and advised on the chicken, 2 of our main courses included the horrible fake looking chicken that even the texture of it was disgusting and we didn’t even barely touch the chicken. The waiter kindly removed the Bacardi and coke from bill as well as one of the charges of the chicken meal, he was not even aware that one of the salads was not brought out and proceeded to remove that as well. In total I received $14.50 off ($5.50 the untouched “Bacardi and coke”, $7 credited back of 1 chicken meal, and $2 side salad that was never even brought out) So I paid my now $43 bill, and to my surprise, the “tip calculator” was way off! It was showing that i only gave an 11% tip, which honestly I tipped far more than I should have, I left it at an even $50, that’s a $7 tip, which is in fact 16%, not 11%. I can’t imagine how many tourists are being led to believe an amount higher than actual percentage for tips, that is very wrong on many levels as the quality of service all around in this location has declined drastically. I frequent this Chillis often because its down the street from my husbands job, and I’d like to add that I work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week and this was the very few times I allow myself some time to get out of the house and expected a much better experience. I assure you this was the last time I will go to this location, as the last time was a similar experience with our waitress forgetting only my drink completely, didn’t bring the condiments with the fajitas and never came by our table of 2 after taking our order, as a group came by party of 6, maybe she felt they were more important as she checked on their table at least 4 times and we had to call her over to remove the drink and bring the check and advise the condiments were not brought out, she only shifted blame and...

So today, were unfortunately going to have to change our review as, today we have witnessed absolutely Horrible Business and Unprofessionalism by the Kitchen Manager an African male whom is young, I didn't get his name at Chilis Irlo Bronson Kissimmee location. Three days ago I came here and got the Triple dipper and got the burgers to which I asked for An Extra Slice of cheese. They said they would have to Charge me for it, even though I didn't want Any Bacon or Onion on the burgers to which it normally comes with. So they sent out the older lady who is the kitchen manager who then told me that they could do the extra cheese but it would be 50 cents more. To which we said okay, no problem we understand.

Now, today, being 3 days later arriving here around 6pm earlier than the other day ... so ... today, the server I got came our after my order was placed and says . . . . . "I QUOTE... I can do the extra cheese you asked but they said I'd have time charge you $1.00 PER CHEESE SLICE " ... to which is said, absolutely Not! The other day when we came and the kitchen manager came out sat down w me to chat and described Clearly, that she could do that but they would have to charge 50 cents per cheese. Now... on Today's visit. . This immature guy comes out and was extremely Unprofessional, disrespectful, he was Laughing the entirety of the time while speaking with ne, a pay customer who came today to pay Over 50$ for the meal ... He refused to help professionally, he stuck to I Have to charge you 1$ per cheese slice..

I give them zero stars. We stopped by for lunch. The restaurant was almost empty; customers at four tables and two people sitting at the bar, a total of 12 people. A lady appeared, she cashed out two people's lunch check and they left. Before the cashier could assist us someone approached her and asked if their waitress was coming to take her family order. Woman said "yes"; the customer walked away, I noticed she sat at the table she shared with three other. Finally the woman asked can she help us, I stated we needed seating for twelve. The cashier said, " I will be back." She returned cashed out two more people, they left; two new people entered. Cashier stated, her manager said it would be fifteen minutes before she could seat us. I asked her why?; I stated we could seat at different tables if it would help. Cashier stated no, it still would take fifteen minutes. Then she told the two new customers to follow her; she seated them at a table. When she returned to where we were, I asked to speak to the manager. Manager stated they only had two servers so we will need to wait. I asked her could we be seated while we for our order to be taken, there were now only eight customers in the restaurant, she stated " no". I asked for Chili's corporate office phone number, the manager told me to Google it. As I took pictures of the empty restaurant, I noticed two servers one seating at a table folding napkins and the other standing watching. The manager went to the back and returned with another manager. They stated we could be seated but we would not be served for an undetermined...
