The product is amazing, I love the popsicles and would recommend 100% but costumer service was weak. Lady was on her phone most of the time and we asked some questions that she didn’t even hear. We saw the chalk board said take away box and ice pack $5 and asked if the take away box and ice pack will be good for 1hr drive and she said yes, then asked for 6 popsicles to go and she put them in cardboard boxes and a paper bag, no ice pack or anything that can actually keep them cold. We went a few days ago and a very friendly young lady assisted us. She had only recently started but shared with us what her favorite flavor was (coconut with dulce de leche) and it definitely was amongst our favorite of the 6 my family ordered. We tried mojito (very refreshing, hardly sweet at all) nutella, guanabana w/ dulce de leche, guava w/ ddl, coconut w/ ddl, passion fruit w/condensed milk (all of these were creamy and definitely sweet, but not to the point of being cloying).
