Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I wish I was able to give it 0 stars… I didn’t wanna waste my time before writing a review for this horrible place but this place rlly needs to do better. 2 months ago my friend and I came rlly early in the morning to get some breakfast and we were in a rush. Everything started in the drive thru with this lady having such a bad attitude, I took like 3 more secs to tell her what I wanted because I was figuring out with my friend and didn’t even pass a minute for her to tell me to go around again and come back when I was ready. We choose to deal with her attitude bc like I said we were in a rush and we just wanted some dunking we had to order fast, once I get my order and I parked for a sec to see if we had everything we realized that they didn’t even give us the order right and we were missing 1 item of what we had order. We go inside to the place and 2 young ladies were there being so rude to us and didn’t even apologize for getting our order wrong, at that point we just wanted a refund, a refund that my friend never got. We wasted $25.00 for nothing. The day of today I decided to go back and get what I have always got in every single Dunkin’. A caramel latte with cream instead of milk. Never had an issue before at any dunking for getting this. I go in the drive thru, I order my coffee, once again, it’s a lady with a horrible attitude telling me that they don’t do that there and I told her that I always get that at everything Dunkin’ including that one and she has the audacity to tell me that I was lying bc they have never done that type of coffee. What a horrible service, I’m not surprised at all I can’t wait for this place to get better employees . It sucks bc it’s the closest Dunkin’ to my house but I’ll rather go 10 mins farther than come back to this...

Insanely rude i cannot even imagine how this place is run. I am a regular, at least i used to be. Ill make the drive to irlo bronson if it means i dont have to interact with these people again. The little black girl with the braids, after i ordered, told me i had to wait like i was a child. Her tone was so condescending and she spent so long walking to the back, playing on her phone, and doing literally anything else. I dont think i saw her once wash her hands. She does not crack any smiles towards customers and snapped at us because my kids had the audacity to laugh a little too loud. She's runs this place like a military bootcamp. My coffee had far too much creamer in it and the donuts my kids got were smushed. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was built like a toddler did it. When she told me the price i asked what it was again just so i could double check as i was taking cash out and she sighed like the world weighed on her shoulders!! "Like i just said..." who told her this was acceptable??? I even heard her joking, hopefully only joking, about spiting in food of difficult customers! If the owner wants business and wants to keep asking the community for their hard earned money he should put his foot down!! I told my mother who told me that she even saw this same worker screaming at other customers!! Will never come here again and i am damn sure that no one i know will ever come here. Horrible. If she does not want to work there, she should leave and stop making terrible experiences...

I'm always around this Dunkin' donuts early in the morning as they're opening. The posted hours say that they open at 6:00 a.m. however there have been a few times where my husband and I have tried to go inside and the workers have had the door locked and had us walk around to the drive-through window to place our order. We were told on a couple of occasions (with times varying between 6:14 a.m. to 6:25 a.m.) that the donut varieties to choose from were extremely limited because of the earliness of our arrival and them not having the time to make other varieties. That was super frustrating for me, being that I really love the vanilla cream donut, and they never seem to have it. However, the last time my husband and I visited this location, it was about 6:30 on a Sunday morning, we were able to open the door and walk into the dining room, the service was very good, and our order came out extremely quick and from everything I could tell, they were full to the brim with different varieties of donuts. I'm not sure what the difference was this time compared to times before, outside of the workers...
