TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The waitress took forever to come over and ask what we were going to drink (restaurant had only 1 other party of 3). After she finally came, she took another 15mins to bring them out. She was more worried about taking orders over the phone and of people who came in. When she came back and took our order, it took another 20-30 mins for her to bring the food out, and she brought our meals like 5-10 minutes apart, we were a party of 3. I know this is not her fault because the kitchen, I know, was putting these plates together, but she could’ve checked on our drinks, or told us our food was coming out shortly. After she finally brought our food, she went and sat at the register and never did she come and ask if we were ok, if we needed any drinks, NOTHING!!! Keep in mind that by now, we were the only ones left in the restaurant. My husband had to get up 3 times to ask her for condiments, refill on our drinks, and napkins. Well, come to find out, when we asked for the check, a $15+ tip was already included!! I was so upset because she did not deserve even $1 tip!!!! She didn’t care if we needed anything because regardless of the service, she would get her tip for doing hardly anything, no matter what!!! My husband kept excusing her all the time because apparently she was “pregnant!” I told him that it didn’t matter if she was or not. Read moreCustomer service needs to really improve especially from the manager. We had to wait over an hour to get our food, only for some of the meat to be RAW. The waitress was understanding of the situation and talked to her boss/manager to see how to make up for it. However, her boss decided to only take $1 off of our bill, which is unreasonable. When we confronted the manager about it she said that it is the only thing she can do being that she is not including the mandatory tip on our bill, which would have been $5. Tips should be based on the quality of food and service provided determined by the paying customer. It should not be preselected. Eliminating the tip from the bill does not make up for the fact that the meat was raw and we could possibly get sick from it. We still had to pay $20 for a plate of food that we could NOT completely eat. The situation should have been handled better by the manager. Read moreThe waitress told me the beef steak was tender. She did not ask how I wanted it cooked, and had it cooked well done. It was tough. She took it and brought back another one cooked medium rate, but it was still tough because the quality of the cut of meat was poor. She did not pay attention to our table and did not clear the empty plates from the table, nor was she checking to see if we needed anything. I had to call on other servers at least 3 times. The waitress actually took her dinner break, after putting in our table's order, and she sat with her apparent boyfriend at the table next to us, with her back to us. I ordered my steak with 2 salads, to replace both of the normal sides the steak came with, but a long time went by and she did not bring any salad. When I finally called another server about it, they said they thought they should bring the salads with the steak.
