THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. While staying on a Disney property, this flyer was passed under my door. I called to see if an order could be delivered to my room directly because I’m on crutches and unable to walk. They said yes and asked for my room number, and I was told it would be delivered in under an hour. Not only was it over an hour late, but they also refused to come to my door as promised. I ordered 4 bottles of water and only received 3. When I called to ask for a refund, the manager said no. I asked to speak to whomever he reported to, and he refused to give me anyone’s contact information. Then he hung up on me and refused my calls. Do NOT support this “business.”
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S REPLY Your reply came months after my stay at Disney; the Daytona 500 was not taking place when I visited, and I was never refunded.
When I spoke to security on the Disney property at which I was staying, they apologized that I had received a flyer and specifically said that Magical World Pizza Express was neither permitted to deliver on the property nor was it permitted to pass out flyers under guests' doors. And yet Magical World Pizza slid a flyer under my door and accepted my order for delivery to the property.
Furthermore, Disney doesn't promise that I will be seated on a ride in less than an hour; your business not only promised pizza in under an hour but also promised that it would be delivered to my door, which, again, was critical because I was on crutches. My order was delivered over an hour late, and I had to carry a pizza box and a bag of 3 water bottles (when there should have been 4), from the parking lot to my room, all while on crutches.
I called your business to resolve it over the phone. I gave your business an opportunity to make it right. Your employee refused to refund me, and they refused to put me in touch with whomever was in charge. Then this employee hung up on me every time I called back. That's not me being rude; that's your employee behaving unprofessionally, which demonstrates poor management. Bad businesses get bad reviews when they're bad to customers.

I bought the 30 dollar special with 20 wings, an xtra large pizza, a 2 litre, and added a chocolate cake to the order. It took EXTREMELY LONG. I ordered at around 6:50 PM and I was picking up the order from the gate to my resort at 8:30 PM. If that was the only issue I would let it slide but that was the least of my worries. The pizza and wings were COLD! My mother discribed them as almost frozen, but hey I can give all of this a pass if at least I get to eat some chocolate cake. HAHA! Yeah if they had actually sent it out. I called back to the store and let's just ignore the terrible attitude of the person receiving calls and the fact that for some reason I was unable to reach them through my personal phone and had to use my mother's to get in contact again. I asked the lady what happened to the chocolate cake and she asks me "would you like us to send one out." I responded to by saying UUUHH YEAH! Then she tells me that she could just credit it back to me if I felt like it and at that point I saw her game and she just didn't want to send me the chocolate cake out because of their laziness. I visit Westgate Resorts every year and this has to be the worst food experience I have had here so far.

Yeah I didn't mention that because it wouldn't have been worth my time to wait another almost 2 hours and have to go out to the gate to pick up the pizza again because I am busy. Regardless that doesn't explain the absolutely shambolic display of incompetence that is not being able to send out a proper order as a full blown pizza place. Read moreI’m leaving this review to warn others to not order from this pizzeria. First of all, I don’t know how their flyer was slid under my resort room floor at a signature Disney resort. Anyone who has stayed at Disney knows that they do not condone solicitation. There is the first red flag about this company. They do not respect other businesses policies. Next. My family was hungry and lucky for this pizzeria there were no Chinese delivery services to our resort. So we decided to give them a go. We asked for banana peppers on our pizza. Our pizza arrives and it has jalapeanos. Anyone who has a food allergy knows it’s not okay to just substitute an ingredient without asking. So I called and was told that they do not have banana peppers. That’s fine. I was told the employee who took out order was in training. That’s fine. But still someone made the executive decision to substitute an ingredient, we’re they in training to? Where was the person who should have been training the new hire that it is not okay to substitute. They did replace our pizza. Which was left outside of our resort door for I don’t even know how long because no one knocked to let us know it had been delivered. I could possibly be being over dramatic. But from start to finish my experience with this pizzeria was terrible. Yes it was just jalapeanos. But their neglect to detail likely means they are not concerned about very serious health precautions such as avoiding cross contamination. If you do decide to order from this pizzeria, proceed with caution. Or read all of the negative reviews and also the pizzerias responses. Edit-as I said..read the responses to reviews..get some popcorn as well. Read below..the popcorn will be better...
