I liked the experience of the go karts and the friendly staff. I honestly haven't been to a go-kart theme park in a while and this park is perfect for occasions like today. It's easy to access from the parking lot and you won't have to walk far like fun spot's go karts. I like the employees respect for costumers and their willingness to work to make the line go down quickly. I also like how the gators add a little spice to the experience. They are smaller and safer for everyone and I believe the food that is offered makes it a better experience. I liked the system of the 10 laps for the orange ticket.
I ordered my ticket using the Groupon app and it was amazing ( if you can order it from here go ahead and do it) it is economically beneficial and way more fun. Furthermore, if you want to eat something you have MacDonald's 30 seconds away, Panda Express in 2 minutes and dozens of more within minutes. I believe that this allows families to enjoy themselves and not break the bank because we know that Fun Spot will be like $45 at least for a days pass.
Now let me get to the constructive criticism part as I do for many businesses that I think have way more potential than many may think. I do believe the business would attract more clients if the equipment (roads, painted areas, and lights) were upgraded in a sense. Another tip is that many people that I've talked to want to come here but they have heard the issues with the employees not having mask. I can attest that I only saw 3 employees with mask, 2 inside and 1 outside working directly with costumers. I don't want to get political in any way but I wouldn't like other go kart locations to get more business that you deserve because of how fun it is because a health policy is not taken. I wish that you would take these suggestion as constructive criticism and not as a complaint because it's definitely not. Believe if it was a complaint I wouldn't be leaving a 4 star review, I know that you will take it constructively because this is a great business and this suggestions may make more revenue depending on how they are implemented.
Concluding my review, I would recommend all possible costumers in the area to come here for Go Karts activities and not to spend so much at bigger theme parks which could put you at a disadvantaged economically. Regarding the business criticism , don't think it's a complaint because we were treated with respect and diligence. Everyone should attend and experience it. Thank you and I hope you have a...
Read moreThis business discriminated against me tonight. They not only refused accommodation for my service dog, after requesting the managers name (Police later gave it to me as "Kevin") and business info he proceeds to kick myself and family out. This is in violation of FL Statute 413.08 section 4 and has criminal charges of misdemeanor second degree with charges of 775.082 or s. 775.083. I called to file charges and Osceola County Sherriff's came out but refused to file a violation even though the manager admitted to kicking us out. In fact, they did not know the FL Statute in question nor how to handle it, as many of us handlers have come across previously. I will be following up in person and making sure Kevin (if that's his real name) is charged with this misdemeanor and faces criminal charges accordingly. On behalf of all handlers, I will not drop this and will take this to the full extent of the law, as many are unable to handle the confrontation themselves, I will follow through! edit This is for Kissimmee Go-Karts copy paste from Google to justify their illegal denial. Sorry, but you cannot deny access period. Even if you qualify for an exemption for the Kart ride itself, you MUST make it still accessible to the protected class member. Which requires you to have a system in place. Such as Disney, Go-Spot, Busch Gardens, etc. They have strategically placed kennel for the SD and/or allow handler handoff. Which means one member of the party holds the SD while the handler rides. NOT kicking out not only the federally protected class member, but their entire party. Nowhere is that EVER an option. You'd also be hard pitched to explain to a federal judge how allowing such would fundamentally alter or harm your business. Supreme Court Case law gives the minimum acceptable amount a business must devote to ADA class members as 3% of your annual revenue. Should I take you to court and get a forensic audit...
Read moreDon't expect too much from this place and you won't be too disappointed. The karts don't go fast, and it's really no fun at all for kids over 5. They have carts for 5-10 yo kids, but they are very slow. The kids can go with an adult in the faster karts, but they get a fake steering wheel, so it's really not much fun for them. (I was with a 7 yo, and he was very clear about his disappointment.) The gator feeding was fine, but feeding gators is always less exciting than it sounds. The arcade was fine. A few interesting games, but nothing exceptional. My 7 yo was equally unimpressed. Compared to modern console games, arcades need to be so much better to make it worth the time and money. [Update to respond to the owner's response:] My nephew went on the kiddie karts first. And then we went on the faster indie karts. I appreciated that he was allowed to ride with me, but he didn't enjoy being an inactive passenger while in the kart. The only time he seemed to be enjoying himself was when we were racing against another two person kart. The single person karts are faster, so they just passed us, so that wasn't much fun. When we got off the ride, another kid was getting off another two person kart. He looked as miserable as my nephew. To be fair, the adults in the solo indie karts seemed to be having fun. I just feel that if I had been able to compete against my nephew, even in the kiddie karts, or if he could have somehow participated in the driving, we would have had more fun. Alas as the owner points out; the minor passenger cannot control the...
