Sevilla Inn Kissimmee — Hotel in Kissimmee

I was extremely disappointed; I was expecting a clean hotel at least since I paid a premium price to reserve a room due to long weekend 14th of Feb. I looked at the pictures posted by the hotel and I thought it was not bad. Actually the pictures were really nice. We wanted a good place just to go to sleep on our last minute trip to Disney with our two daughters. The room was nothing like the pictures; it was very outdated and dirty. The bathroom was old and DISGUSTING. It smells like urine. The entire room looked like no one has clean it in weeks. Full of dust everywhere and the furniture are scary old. An old lamp with chain attached to the roof. An old table with rollover chairs. No clock radio, I had to ask for an iron, pen and paper to leave a note with tip to maid to encourage her to clean a little bit more. One of the worst nights ever!!!! We get there after a long day at the park with small kids I had to call the number in front of the office since it was after 11 pm and the office closed at 11 pm. A young men came like he just wake up with his hair messed-up, he turn on the light, gave me some papers to sign and hands me a key (Not a card). Not Even a good night or welcome, not even eye contact. On our way to the room we noticed that each room’s a/c unit had buckets under them to catch the water. Get in there was no way I would dare walk on the floor bare foot. The floor was dirty, the curtains and lamp were covered by dust. Very disgusting….. I couldn't even cancel and look for other place to stay because it was too late to be driving around with my two daughters. I put on blankets I took from home and we tried to sleep. There was a restaurant across the hotel which had a loud music which I could hear it next to my ear. The curtains had NO light block. I could see people passing by. It was really hard to fall asleep. The breakfast was really bad, I couldn't even drink the coffee there, It taste it like the coffee maker inside was dirty. When I made the reservation a continental breakfast was included which was not true. They only had nasty coffee, slices of bread with butter and jelly, orange juice, cereal with milk and nasty pancakes. No hot Breakfast. The next morning I went to the front desk to complain and the front desk lady apologized and said will talk to the maid for her to clean the room. When we got back from the park at night the room was the same. We even left a tip to room service and they just pick up the garbage from the bathroom and the money. No cleaning what so ever. Not even a wet wipe to the little table which had stain of coffee. I was really upset …The last day I turn in my key and the front lady asked me if they cleaned my room. I said NO to her but she didn't show any concern. First and last time to stay in that hotel. I really don’t recommend. Please don’t go there. You will regret it. Don’t get attracted by the pictures shown on their website. I don’t know which room is that one but...

If you pay more than $40 after fees and taxes per night you are getting ripped off. Booked through a very popular reputable app, pictures are not representative of the property. Got there at 10-10:30pm Friday Nov 11/2022. Place looked awful. E-lock on the door was not working, front desk young lady tried programing the key cards a couple times with no luck. Gave me a physical key (did not fit in the key hole) in a nutshell I had no keys to my room. If I needed to exit after midnight there would be nobody at the front desk to help me get into my room. Also, bathroom door was locked from the inside when we (me and my 14yo son) finally got into the room. Back to front desk now is almost 11pm, young lady calls maintenance and they instructed her to give me a paper clip to unlock the door. At that point asked for another room, they were booked like everybody else around. Now I have a desicion in my hands at that point, wander around FL and hopefully get a room in the middle of the night early morning or say “fudge it” and make believe like we are in the great outdoors roughing it out. We “checked out” at 6:am next morning…Office was closed since they opened back up at 9:am. Also a random guy offered me drugs, pills, or “whatever I needed” just to knock on his door if I needed something.

The front desk young lady’s name is Lizbet or Lizbeth, she was the angel among that hell of a property that kept everything well enough for me to decide to endure it. Again, everything else around had no vacancy. So Lizbeth, if you are reading this, like I told you on Saturday the 12th/2022 when we finally spoke. You are an angel and too good for that place, God bless your heart. Nothing that happened was your fault.

At this point I am still waiting for somebody from management to call me back so we can talk about some kind of refund (not the whole sum since we did spend the night and it wouldnt be fair at that point).

Also a $10 refund is given if you post a 5-star review, so I guess thats how they have so many. There’s a sign advertising it...

From the very first day I came ,the owner was harassing me and my fiancee. We had just checked in and we're sitting on the steps by our room when and asked what room are we in mind you we didn't know who he was so we were like why do you want to know our room number. That's when he explained he owned the hotel and wanted to know the room number I advised him of the room and showed him my key card. The second incident was when I was at the soda machine by the front office getting a drink and he rushed out the office to ask me a second time about what room i was in ,by this time I'm a little frustrated because I had just spoken to him two days prior to that . I told him again and he said " oh sorry it's just that there's alot of activity coming from you " and I said " sir you haven't seen anyone except for the exact amount of people I wrote on my paperwork". He told me said sorry then left me alone . That night me and my fiancee were stalked and attacked by this estranged man at the hotel . We were victims of a crime so we were liable to get another room . The owner hung up on the sheriff's department at around 4 am so we had to sleep in the room with broken glass and no one to fix it until they were ready . Fast forward to that morning and I went downstairs to at least request a new room because I had another night left . The front desk lady refused me a room and told me I would not get a refund because they don't tolerate that kind of "behavior" . I had to call the non emergency line just for the police to have her give me my refund . She then proceeded to trespass me as my fiancee from the property. Keep in mind the night before our incident a couple got into it and busted the window NO POLICE WERE CALLED. I was told that by the housekeeper who stayed next door to me . Moral of the story is don't go here especially if you're new to the area they beat down your back as make you look like the bad guy .
