Do not try to pay in cash in this McDonalds especially if you are in a rush as the Staff and the Manager clearly do not know how to process cash or must have an issue with listening.
At approximately 4:10pm today i walked inside to order a small order of fries and a large sweet tea. I walked up to the touchscreen as I always do and selected the menu items i wanted. I then selected the option to pay in cash. The machine gave me my order number "730" and instructed me to go to the register to pay and complete my order. when i walked up to the register the girl there seemed to be having trouble with her machine and requested the manager for help. The manager arrived and asked "Did you already order?"
I am former military and bilingual. I have no problem being loud and clear. I said "Yes, and i want to pay in cash."
The manager said, "If you want to pay cash, you have to go to the touchscreen, make your order, and come back with the receipt." The machine never spat out a receipt, I even double checked to make sure it wasn't me who made the mistake. I then told both her and the girl that the machine never gave out a receipt. I figured the machine was out of paper. She then asked me for a second time "Did you already order?" I said "Yes, my order number is "730" The girl then looks up at one of the screens as if she couldn't find the order number. The manager then asked me for a THIRD TIME "Did you already order?" For a third time i said "Yes, I already ordered, and i wanted to pay cash, but your machine did not spit out a receipt!"
She then said with an attitude "That's NOTwhat i asked you." I threw my hands up in frustration and said "Never mind." and left. I then went to the little Venezuelan store "El Importado" in the nearby walmart plaza and ordered papas fritas with a bottle of water without having to explain to the kind Venezuelan girl that i know how to use a touchscreen and am...

Got to the window they got my order wrong. I tell them to excuse me, but the burgers are wrong. Cause they gave me quarter pounders instead of double, which is what I ordered. Girl at the window waves her hands in the air and says omg another wrong order with an attitude." The girl that took the order states she took the order and repeated it, which she did not. Then she goes to the female manger who doesn't want to come to the window and show her face but loves to give an attitude behind a wall. She says in a loud semi aggressive voice, "Tell her I'm going to refund her money, and to park and come in the store to order." I told the girl to cancel the order. I'll take my business elsewhere. I then requested to give me the managers name and corporate number. And they refused, stating we can't give that information out, which is a lie cause I've worked in this kind of business. Then, a male manager comes to the window to ask what's wrong. I explained the whole ordeal, and he gave me a random name, Loretta. (I'm not a fool i know that was not the manager's name) Told him that if they don't like their job, then they should get a new one, plain and simple. At that point, I'm not going to lower my standards to their level. So I called corporate number filed a complaint and gave them the store number cause i know they didn't give me the correct name. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this location I walked in and then have any seeing even though the McDonald's across the street down the street they have seating and other rest fast food restaurants they have seating but this McDonald's did not and when I went in to order the manager came to take my order at it was about 7:40 a.m. and he was trying to tell me that I had to order something else because it was more expensive don't say what happened I wanted a number 2 Breakfast combo sub the muffin for a McGriddle and he said it's better if I order a number 6 sub the folded egg for the round egg which would result in the pain more money for the same exact order all he had to do is say thank you. And move on to the next customer but he had a whole conversation about how he counts inventory and how it cost $0.03 more for him that to give me a McGriddle so he wanted me to pay 50 something cents more to have a McGriddle instead of a muffin so what he said is key is not willing 2 spend the extra $0.03 I needed to make the extra fifty something cents to make him happy after having this long conversation about his food cost and why we don't have why he doesn't have Bagels and how it saves money for for him we decided to go down the street to the one that was open for customers to dine in I would have weighed this place because when they start putting $0.03 in front of their customer I don't know what other Corners they might be cutting definitely don't go it's a one-star for the service I didn't even get a chance to to try the food think twice before you eat at a...
