McDonald's — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I visited this McDonald's for the first time today where I ordered a #1 Value Meal which is the Big Mac meal. I also ordered an extra burger on the side which was a Triple Cheese Burger. At the time of my visit I was on my lunch break where I was accompanied by two of my co-workers. I was the last to order of the three of us. However, my co-worker who ordered second had to wait for his order for about 20 minutes. I never looked in my bag to check my order as we were taking the order out. After everyone received their order we left and we're well on our way back to the job whenever I looked in my bag and REALIZED I'M MISSING MY TRIPLE CHEESE BURGER! Well because of the fact that the orders took extra time we didn't have time to return to this McDonald's store. I looked at my receipt and saw that there was a website where I could provide a review which I quickly did. Then I attempted to make contact with this McDonald's to speak to an associate employee or manager to let them know about my experience. I made several attempted phone calls over the course of about once hour and each time I called I received a busy tone. So I decided to make contact with corporate to get my complaint heard. Corporate promised to give me a follow-up phone call to let me know the outcome of the investigation and compensate me for my loss since the employee's at this location are not responsible or are incapable and undertrained in how to perform the responsibilities and duties of their jobs. What ever you do please do not order UberEats from here! So I have been ordering UberEats from this McDonald’s many times and each time they always get the order completely wrong or they miss items. It never fails! Every single time I order from this place the Items are either missing or they are wrong. I gave up ordering from here because its always the same situation. Then today my Boyfriend decided to order from UberEats but I specifically told him “Remember do not order from the one at Vine street!” So he basically forgets and accidentally orders from this McDonald’s, he ordered 2 Mcgriddles and literally when the order came, one Mcgriddle only had the patty! No cheese no nothing just patty, the second burger was the exact same! And forgot our drinks as well. He has had it so he drove all the way to that McDonald’s and talked to the manager, he told him everything how every time we order from this McDonald’s the orders are always missing or wrong. He said the manager looked like he didn’t really cared but gave my boyfriend a refund. We contacted UberEats and let them know this exact McDonald’s and how it is, we told them everything and that it always happens, they said they will let someone in the company know about it. So if you live around where this McDonald’s is please!! Do not order UberEats from there! Just go in person! Ive read the comments under this McDonald’s and im literally not the only one with the same situation! Trust me they will not make your order correctly! This place is horrible. Horrible customer service. They are very Rude , Nasty. They are All about them Selves, except .. working In the food business doing customer service is supposed to be all about the Customers Comfort, Not their Own! I paid for a 5 dollar fries which us supposed to be a Large! They hand me a fries that Isn't filled correctly .. and when i brought it to their attention, they dis absolutely Nothijg but shoe attitude. I too, made it Very clear while ordering thar I would need my Fries filled properly fairly to match what a 5 dollar fries would be. I even showed them before hand and told them what that would mean. This place from the moment of walking in has a wierd vibe and energy, why!? Because the roots if it the managers ordering the others around have 0 Customer service skills and don't care that thr customer is always right and scamming them is Inappropriate. Period. When I brought it to their attention they Still didn't give me whst a 5 dollar fries would look like. Only a scam. This is Unprofessional Abnormal Wrong ways of conducting business, and unacceptable. Do Better. And .. to the heads of this location the owners or higher up managers Gms .. Be better and make sure your ppl know to fill fries correctly. You can't just take their money and hand them something that doesn't match the money. That, is a Scam. Do Better. And .. by the way ..
