Miguelo's Ultra Lounge — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Watch very careful your tab, or they will run it for sure. Went to eat on a Friday night, waitress is very nice considering how short staffed they are. We ask for waters, two buckets of beer and some sodas plus our meals. We were like 10 people in one table. Up to this point it’s like 8pm and all is good. Waitress seems to be keeping up with refills and checking on the table. All of a sudden, starts bringing buckets we didn’t ask for. At first we were ok, we’re still eating and having a good time. A group decides to get up and check the place and that’s when things got awkward really fast. The waitress comes up to the table and tells us that “if you’re going to walk around, we’re going to have to charge $10 per person” we asked if that’s a new thing, since we’ve been there before and never were charged to walk the place. Apparently, it is a new thing. If you’re there past 9pm, you will be charged to walk around. So even though we were spending money on good, beer and drinks, we have to pay an additional $10 PER PERSON to walk around?!! NEVER AGAIN! Food is not that great anyways and drinks...

It looks nice but the service that's a lot to be desired The Waitresses were taking too much time being socializing with each other by the time they took our order when she was a meal for two people there was a long wait more than 10 minutes and then they brought just one plate out server not table which was just a rice and beans the beans were horrible because there were just water out the rice was pasty I have to call in my food with a napkin so the AC will not get it. Cold when the meat came out it was all so much to be desired to Burnt everything was fried and dried out burnt out I had asked for a glass of raspberry iced tea I have been done with my drink before the meal came out and the waitress noticed that I didn't have nothing in my cup and she did not bring anything else until I call her back and ask her for another drink like everybody says there's a first time for everything I don't think I'll be coming back to eat...

Bartenders steal your money. Beware. I ordered a bucket of beers I asked how much bartender said 18.00 , turns out the bucket of beers was $16.13 but the bartender bundles the prices with customers to steal the tip and on top of that my cousin went back and purchased another bucket this time paid in cash $20.00 I warned my cousin of the shady practice at the bar. When it was time to pay my cousin didn’t get any change back or the receipt, my cousin had to confront the bartender to get her change back. What sucks is my whole family was there celebrating a birthday spend over $300.00 in food at our table. We decided to stay late for the music and buy some beers at the bar. Everything was so good food and music but what ruined my first experience at this spot was the bartenders. Owner needs to retrain the bartenders on how they manage...
