Don't waste your money , customer service is non existent . I have lived in this area for 5 years , called in many many orders from them , spent a lot of money with them , even brought their pizza all the way from kissimmee to my job in Orlando at metrowest 3 times because I wanted everyone to try it . It's been about 2 months since I've ordered from them . Decided to order tonight , New Year's Eve, and the pizza was absolutely inedible and disgusting , orange from being entirely in grease , soggy , mushy and the cheese looked more like cottage cheese . It was terrible . I called and they told me they can send another , I refused in fear of it coming the same , they said i have to bring it in and the card I said I ordered delivery for a reason , they said they couldn't issue a refund after that I said this was the first place to ever tell they couldn't void or refund a transaction , then the phone hung up . I called them back she left me on hold again for a long time , to come back on the phone and tell me if there's a slice missing their not refunding at all. I told them my daughter took one bite and threw it in the trash and it would be missing a slice and they said oh well . Oh well? Completely unprofessional , this definitely was handled in the most unprofessional manner ever . I understand they have a business to run but I paid for quality , I expect food that is edible , me and my 2 daughters new year dinner was destroyed . I ordered cause I had no car or food at home to make a meal . At that she said the owner told her to handle this transaction like this . If I had known how they "handle business " I would have never ever bought so much from them or spent as much money as I have over the years with them . This is not the way to treat good and loyal customers at all . Customer service apparently is non existent with them. I will never waste another one of my hard earned dollars with them...
Read moreI’ve ordered from here in the past, and this is not the first time they mess up in a large order (7people, 10items) (seems to be their weakness). We were missing food (1slice/1coke — maybe the driver had a snack..? or the restaurant forgot..?), so one person from the group could not eat at all. The person is vegetarian and all other orders had meat, so we couldn’t even share! One of the calzones was burned with charred/black edges/spots. And the marinara sauce that is supposed to come with each individual calzone/Stromboli order was put into one large container without advising. Just because it’s being ordered from the same place does not mean it will be a shared order (especially when we went as far as to include the name for each order in the notes). We were also not provided with any plates/napkins/utensils, even though it was asked for in the order. This was a terrible experience. Each of these things has occurred singularly on different orders, but this time takes the cake (or the slice that we never received but paid for…). I will be escalating this further…. If they don’t make this right, we will unfortunately not be ordering from here anymore. The pizza/calzones/strombolis are usually delicious, but the quality of the orders has gone down the drain. From pricing inconsistencies (their website vs their flyers vs delivery services) to having something wrong with practically every order… I am not sure this place is in the game of large orders (more than 2-3 items). And that’s the main experience expectation with an online delivery: presentation and accuracy. So disappointing… I am available for consulting needs, should this business desire to improve. Read moreToday I called the store to make an order and Barbara attended me and on the phone she was giving me attitude, and when I arrived to pick up the order I let her know that that was no way to talk to a costumer. she the proceeds to tell me that im wronf forntelling her that because i know nothing about customer service and that i dont deal with the type of customers with she gets on a daily and it was unprofessionalof her to be loud and aggressive. The man who was working with her husband ended up backing her up ,basically allowing the behavior she was displaying and letting me know shehads all the right treat me the way she did . Eventuall, i left seeing that there were more customers in the store and avoided any further issues with the employee. I had to turn around to pick up my receipt because they didn’t give it to me and she came out of the back crying and arguing with me screaming in the store loud enough for the whole block to hear outside. my employees asked me if everything was okay because of how aggressive and unprofessional she was screaming at me. Its a shame my family and I have been buying here for many years since 2012, and they never treated us that way until today. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we buy from this...
