I am not shocked when reading the other reviews its exactly my experience. What i am shocked about is that they date back to over 4yrs ago. I cant believe it has not been corrected.
Here is my experience today: I have not been to subways in years. Either way I am pretty sure this is not the way corporate would want this location to be handled. The two staff members on shift were unprofessional and barely doing their job. For starters they do not acknowledge you standing right in front of them. I found myself Placing an order in between them chatting away with other people on the side lines who by the time I got to the register turned out to be one of the girls boyfriend. The other lady's boyfriend was sitting at the table right when you walk in and instead of focusing on the register she was having a conversation with him too. If you think that's not bad enough I paid $40 for sandwiches that have 3 slices of ham and lettuce with tomato not to mention I said light mayo and it's full of mayonnaise. So if u want a expensive slice of bread with mayonnaise subways is for you. I will definitely not...
Read moreI have been a client for this subway a couple times and today was my last day as a client. I asked for a wrap to be toasted at the end for a couple seconds and I was told that it was not posible. I asked for the same thing every time I go and they always do. They said that the managers do not want them to do that because the wrap breaks, I explained that every other time the wrap never break and it was only for a couple seconds. While I’m talking I also told them not to cut it and they were like not listening any word I was saying, they ended cutting the wrap. She said that she can eat it for lunch and prepare another one. I’m so sorry, but there is no more subway “have it your way”. The treatment was horrible, they said that the other times they toasted the wrap was a new person. I think this is even worst, the new person was very diligent, she knows how to treat people but the employee who had more experience should not be attending customers. While an employee was taking my sandwich order, another customer politely asked for a cup of ice. To my shock, the employee declined to assist them, stating, “I don’t need to speak to you because you’re a backstabber.” The customer then left, but the employee continued to rant and use offensive language about them—this all happened as she was preparing my food.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It not only made me lose my appetite but also left me questioning the environment and standards at this location. No customer should witness or experience such hostility while visiting your store.
