Spanish Rotisserie — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I Have to give 1 star but i would of not given any if i had a choice. I stopped by Spanish Rottiseri Sunday and ordered Pupusas which had a price of $2.49 while eating i realized they had overcharged me went to let the cashier know and was told that the price has been changed to $2.99 but is not what was advertised. Basically, the cashier didnt care and told me to go back the following day to speak to the owner. On top of that the food was not that great. Pupusas were bland with no flavor and what it was supposed to have meat had more cheese that anything else. I also ordered horchata and it was water out with a lot of sugar on the bottom of the cup . The additional .50 is really not a big deal but not even an apology inatead it made me feel like oh well, it is what is it. Bad experience for a first time. Will not go back...

Ordered through DoorDash. The Pasteles en Hoja de carne were so cold as well as the Molleja en Escabeche, you can tell these items were extremely frozen from a while back and heated up (barely) and sent on its way. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The pateles needed a bunch of ketchup to barely go down and the mollejas were quite frankly inedible, plain gross, which ended-up being ate by the dogs. The Rice and Beans had absolutely no flavor, the beans were extremely red like 5 packets of sazón were dumped on them and disgustingly watery. To be fair, I’m not writing this to mess with anyones livelihood, but as a consumer, don't play with my time and money selling food that is OBVIOUSLY NOT fresh and inedible. Have more respect. The cost of the food is not as advertised! Overall nice people, the food is just ok, nothing spectacular and some of the side dishes weren't hot even though sitting in a steam table! The foodcourt the restaurant sits in is an old mall and can use some remodeling! The rotisserie chicken was cooking and not ready for customers when they opened!
